El penthouse es hermoso y acogedor, nos sentimos como en casa y las atenciones de Ignacio fueron excelentes.

Very clean and open communication. I was able to do early check in. The apartment is beautiful.

My only complaints are that the roads are under construction so it was a little hard to find the complex, the GPS kept sending us to toads that were closed. Also that the front gate was not opening when we were leaving and the guard was not there to help, we had to figure put to to open it manually. Other than that I hace no complaints at all, beautiful apartment just like that pictures and very clean. Perla was very responsive even when I called her at 4am to ask her about the problem with the gate.

Loved this place. Great location, walking distance to the monument and restaurant. Javier and David were always quick to reply. The apartment is beautiful. I loved Santiago overall definitely want to come back and if I do I will stay at La Zurza again.

Es la segunda vez que mi familia y yo nos alojamos en esta maravillosa casa y sin duda alguna, volveríamos a alojarnos otra vez. Las atenciones son de primera, todo coincide con la descripción y las fotos. La casa impecable, una zona tranquila y segura, cerca de restaurantes y supermercados. Yiraldi siempre atenta y amable y Don Juanito simpre pendiente si necesitábamos algo. Esta casa es un 10/10

Nuestra estadía en este Airbnb fue simplemente perfecta. Desde el momento en que llegamos, nos encontramos con un espacio impecable, muy limpio, bien organizado y con un ambiente súper fresco que nos hizo sentir cómodos de inmediato. Se nota el cuidado y la dedicación en cada detalle. Además, la anfitriona fue increíblemente amable y atenta, siempre pendiente de cualquier necesidad y asegurándose de que nuestra experiencia fuera la mejor. Su hospitalidad hizo que nos sintiéramos como en casa. Sin duda, recomendaríamos este lugar a cualquiera que busque comodidad, tranquilidad y una excelente atención. ¡Volveremos! Si pudiera darle más de 5 estrellas, sin duda alguna se la daría.

La casa es hermosa, el anfitrión es muy activo y Mary la encargada es muy amable y sobre todo atenta siempre estuvo dispuesta a cualquier duda oh necesidad que podamos tener . me encantó el lugar y las atenciones, , todo fue perfecto, fueron las mejores vacaciones para mi y mi familia, definitivamente volveremos .

All the small amenities you could think of were included, hot water, electricity all times, small touches go along way like iron, steamer, safe, beach towels, extra fans.. Even an extra extra small guest room with its own bathroom! .. lots of rooms and bathrooms. I've never found as many amenities as I found here. Clean pool. Hosts were extremely helpful and responsive. Location is away from heavy traffic, yet close to all major go to spots in Santiago and right next to main hwys/road. Everything felt easy, felt at home. Hosts were extremely responsive and professional.. Highly recommend.

An amazing stay! From the moment we booked Nestor contacted me with information. They even provided us with a crib and highchair for our baby. The house is beautiful with three large rooms. We really enjoyed the hot tub. Overall a great stay would definitely recommend especially if you’re traveling with a baby.
