The 2 bedrooms and downstairs area of the house is for your use only, you will have sole use to enter the front and rear sliding doors. There is secured off-street, backyard parking for cars and boats.

Fabulous on Thames coast. Stylish, well appointed 1 bedroom cottage, open plan living, dining, kitchen with direct access to lovely outdoor relaxation areas. A quiet haven off the main road, only 100 mtrs easy walk to beach reserve and fishing. Enjoy the birdsong, sunrise and daytime hours in the shady, tropical garden at the rear of the house with its generous outdoor seating and dining facilities, and take in the sunset from the deck and coastal garden in the front of the house.

Taid View sits on the Wyuna Bay peninsula with water views on both sides. 4km from Coromandel town which is a healthy walk (if fit!) or a 5 minute drive. Patio to side and a decking to the front to enjoy the bush, bird songs and great sunsets. Stunning views. Well behaved pets welcome with prior approval. Excellent location, quick walk to Estuary with Marina, cafes/restaurants. Ocean beach is also 5 minutes walk via a cliff path. Tairua shops are a few minutes drive.

Beautiful, modern house with expansive ocean views. Watch the sun rise, the moon rise and the magical rose coloured sunsets that reflect off of the south cliff face. Located directly in front of the council reserve and sand dunes. Set on a quiet cul de sac and toasty warm with a large heat pump for winter and outdoor shower in summer.
