Great place to stay with our pups to visit our VT student, attend Spring Game, and visit her future wedding venue in Roanoke. Quiet and peaceful. Great deck and porch. Not very close to food options but we planned for that and got items on the way in. Also ate in Blacksburg and while we were out and about. Very clean and comfortable. Well equipped!

We had a great time staying here. It was the perfect setting to convene three households with small children. The open floorplan was great to let the kids run around. Also, they loved the bunkbeds! The game room in the basement gave us all something to do during one day of bad weather. The view from the deck out onto the lake is picturesque. Rodney and Company were incredible hosts. Very responsive. Also, the home was delivered to us in immaculate condition. Thank you so much for letting us stay at your beautiful lake house! We hope to come back next year!

This place is great. The thing that stuck out the most is how clean it is….It is very cute and well decorated. The view is amazing. The dock is just down the hill. We enjoyed the firepit, outdoor grill, outdoor games and cute outdoor sitting area. Beds were comfortable. It is defiantly off the grid, best for people that want to hang at the house and enjoy the yard, lake and company. Fresh flowers, a personalized sign, and snacks welcomed us. We hope to be back.

The lake house was perfect for our family. Even though it is cold, we enjoyed the outdoor area. The house had plenty of space for our family. We’ll be back in the summer to enjoy it fully!

This was such a peaceful and relaxing place to spend a few days. Kathryn was very responsive and helpful with directions and suggestions of things to do in the area. The place was very comfortable and we had a wonderful time visiting Floyd and the surrounding area.

Exactly as advertised, and super convenient. Room was clean, private, and large. I enjoyed my 2 day stay. Kas was friendly and available for assistance if needed. Note: no microwave.

We arrived at the mill having driven out from Asheville the weekend of the hurricane. Adam & Marcie could not have been more helpful and sympathetic. We only wished we had booked to stay for longer as we needed time to decompress after our experience, however it really was the right place to be. Thank you very much

This location was perfect for a weekend visit with our Hokie. We walked easily to/from downtown for the events we attended. Accommodations were quaint and clean, as described. Will definitely book again!

Our stay was lovely in this organized and clean space. The scenery was beautiful with multiple places to sit, eat, visit, and enjoy our family getaway. Theresa was extremely responsive and left clear instructions. I would definitely consider this rental again as it is close to Radford, but just far enough away to have a relaxing and peaceful spot to gather.

We had a very peaceful stay! The house was very nice and clean. I loved the screened in porch with the view! The jacuzzi tub was a plus as well. We will be returning in the future!

We were so pleased to last minute be able to stay here! The hosts were so helpful and very friendly. After enduring two significant hurricanes back to back it was the perfect place to unwind and find mental peace again! A great place to relax. There was plenty of space on the property to play games and lounge around. The river access is a little difficult for people with disabilities but overall highly recommended.

The cabin was as described, quiet, peaceful and comfortable. The house was clean, and the kitchen had great amenities. The outdoor fire pit was a plus, and the sound of the creek. This place is an absolute gem. We will be back!! Thank you Hannah and Kurt for a wonderful stay!!

We wanted a relaxing weekend getaway to enjoy some family time and R&R. The remoteness of the cabin was perfect for that. Although we recommend arriving in the daytime, it was dark when we got there and that single lane road going in was a tad scary. Lol The hosts were very friendly and responsive. The amenities were spot on. There was plenty of room to accommodate our crew (2 adults, 3 teenagers and a dog). The hot tub was great and we enjoyed sitting around the table playing games and sharing laughs. Definitely a nice relaxing weekend spent making memories!

This house was perfect for a weekend getaway with friends. Clean and clutter free home with an almost fully stocked kitchen. We agreed the beds were not actually queen sized, probably full sized. Very easy river access and easy to find in a very peaceful area. Hope to come back again soon!
