You’ll love my place because of it's location. The best neighborhood in Little Rock. 1/1/2023. This is a non-smoking loft. Any detection of weed, cigarette, vape, cigar inside the unit will be charged $200 after the stay. No exceptions.

Near your arrival you will drive through the beautiful community of Rockwater Villages. Go for a walk or ride your bike on the beautiful River Trails… enjoy the relaxing sunrise and sunsets from the front deck….sit back and enjoy the city skyline of downtown Little Rock at night…and be sure to use the binoculars to get a close up look at all the beautiful water fowl.

Lil’ Backyard Cottage in Hillcrest

This is a small, cozy, safe, clean, and fully restored one-bedroom 1926 cottage in the backyard of a home in the Historic Hillcrest Neighborhood. It is perfectly designed for 1 guest or a couple; has its own kitchenette, a full-sized bed, and a 100 year old footed tub w a shower. Guests must walk up 3 steps without a handrail to get into the cottage. Must be 21 or older to book. A cot can be brought in upon request but it is a tight fit. Please see photos with cot in space.

SoMa Cottage with fenced yard & off st Parking

This is a NO-Smoking anywhere on the property. Please message me if your traveling with dogs. There is a $20 pet fee per stay for a maximum of two dogs. Located in a residential neighborhood in the SOMA district of downtown Little Rock, this original carriage house sits behind it's main house, both built in 1904. My place is an easy walk to bars, restaurants and shops. There is a dog and people park a few blocks away. Check in: 4pm Checkout: 11am.

This is a peaceful tiny home tucked away on 12 acres. Thoughtfully designed for comfort, and prefect for couples, remote workers, and anyone looking for a small escape. Although the tiny home sits near the main house, the property offers plenty of privacy and room to explore. Step outside and enjoy the fresh air, open land, and quality time! We do allow your dogs to roam freely but we do not allow any cats due to family allergies.

Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located place. The Ivy Cottage is located in downtown Little Rock in the Pettaway neighborhood. This community is a hub of newly built/remodeled unique homes. It's a 7 minute drive to the airport, 10 minute walk to the bustling area of SOMA, a 5 minute walk to MacArthur Park, and many more convenient close destinations. It's perfect if you have a quick stay in Little Rock or just need a place to rest and relax.
