Conveniently located in the midtown area of Little Rock and with attention to both design and comfort, this home is ready to host you and your family. We welcome house-trained pets (with a $35 pet deposit) to the home and fully fenced in backyard. The home accommodates up to six guests in its 3 bed/2bath space and offers an open floorpan and an extra living area so you'll have plenty of room to relax. Please note that the backyard is accessed by a flight of stairs off the dining room deck.

The Historic Mockingbird @ChesterNests

Welcome to The Mockingbird at Chester Nests! The Mockingbird is located in a historic double shotgun style duplex located in the Governor's Mansion Historic District in downtown Little Rock. Welcome to the Hillcrest Hideaway, our sweet backyard carriage house located in the Historic Hillcrest area of Little Rock. This charming and safe home is within a 15 minute walking distance of many restaurants and shopping, as well as UAMS hospital and War Memorial Stadium. Downtown is a 5 minute drive, or if traveling without a car, a $6 Uber ride.
