Selamat datang di Sabagau House 1. Rumah 2 kamar ini rencananya akan disewa tahunan. Adapun keadaan rumah masih belum lengkap (kosong). Dengan diadakannya perjanjian sewa maka fasilitas yang ada di deskripsi akan kami lengkapi. Rumah ini cocok untuk keluarga, pekerja kantoran ataupun mahasiswa. Karena letaknya dekat dengan kampus UMP Fakultas kedokteran, Universitas Kristen UNKRIP dan STAKEN. Kami tempat yang berdekatan dengan kawasan wisata. Namun memiliki banyak jalan aternatif ke pusat kota.
