Appartement Fuengirola centre en 1ère ligne de plage. 6ème étage avec ascenseur. Tout climatisé. Aucun vis-à-vis. Terrasse coté mer et 2 balcons coté ville. Soleil matin et après-midi coté mer et fin de journée coté ville. Deux chambres spacieuses et calmes. Lit 160 et deux lits 90. Cuisine équipée (micro-onde, four, lave-vaisselle, plaque induction) Une buanderie avec machine à laver, planche à repasser, aspirateur et espaces de rangement. Internet (fibre), wifi et Smart TV.

Cuenta con: 1 dormitorio, 1 salón, wifi, TV, sofá con cama plegable, cocina totalmente equipada con lavavajillas, hornomicroondas, horno pequeño, aire acondicionado en el salón y dormitorio, cuarto de baño con bañera y secador de pelo. Se proporcionan toallas y ropa de cama. Situado en la 3 planta (última), es fácilmente accesible en ascensor. Máximo 2 personas. Sistema automático de apertura.

Studio 100m from beach, restaurants and centre

Studio apartment: 25m2 + 6m2 terrace, close to everything: 85 meters to Paseo maritimo, 100meters to beach, 120 meters to Marina and 200meters to nightlife, but the apartment is very peaceful and quiet. In the days when you feel tired for exploring all the restaurants and new things, you can stay indoors and enjoy the cozy, homely feeling of the studio, do some cooking or watch your home television channels or your Netflix subscription, because we have Chromecast TV.

Appartement front de mer de 100 m2 avec 2 grandes chambres à coucher. Refait à neuf. Très fonctionnel et agréable. 4 eme étage avec ascenseur. Face à la plage aménagée avec restaurants, transat et paillote. En plein centre ville, à 3 min de la gare routière et du tram vers l'aéroport (35 mn, 3€) et le centre de Malaga (45 mn, 3,5 €).
