The house is located in a nice and quiet tourist complex in the center of Puerto del Carmen with private parking. There are 2 swimming pools with sea view and sunbeds. It's located a few minute walk from the city center, market, bars, restaurants, nightlife and 10 minutes from the beach. The house has 2 bedrooms: 1 double room with the possibility to disconnect to 2 singles and one with a double bed above and a single bed below. The house has WIFI and smart-satellite TV and is 50 sqm.

Maisonnette toute mimi, pile face à la mer! Toute calme, nichée dans un hameau paisible. Au 1er, la chambre et la terrasse ont de très jolies vues sur la mer, les volcans et les salines! En bas, il y a un lit solo et un divan-lit pour 2 (voir photos!). Plusieurs coins où se poser pour le petit déjeuner, l'apéro, grignoter, papoter ou bouquiner! Et plein d'infos sur l'île!
