This well situated house has two rooms and two bathrooms and is located in a quiet area with a communal swimming pool. The house has all you need for total independence (kettle, toaster, microwave oven, an electric stove, BBQ, TV, NETFLIX ! wifi and sun beds on the terrace) Playa Blanca town is located only 700 meters away where you can find everything you may need including, supermarkets, and restaurants. Flamingo beach (one of the beautiful beaches on the island) is located only 150 meter far.

Across the courtyard is a second spacious double bedroom with ensuite bathroom. Also boosting a large private pool and gardens.
