Alojamiento tranquilo en zona residencial. Habitación, cocina completa, baño, terraza, jardín privado, zona chill out. Aire acondicionado, calefacción, Wi-Fi, televisión con Netflix y Amazon Prime. Fácil aparcamiento. A 10' del centro de Palma. A 12' del aeropuerto. Muy bien comunicado por autopista para poder visitar la isla. Desconecta de la rutina en este alojamiento único y relajante frente al mar mediterráneo. La villa está perfectamente ubicada, cerca del aeropuerto y de la ciudad de Palma. A 2 min a pie se accede a una preciosa cala de arena y aguas cristalinas. Además se pueden visitar las magnificas playas de Es Trenc, Cala Pi,... Desde la terraza que rodea toda la casa se disfruta de unas maravillosas vistas al mar. Tiene un frondoso jardín y un porche donde poder relajarse y celebrar grandes comidas.

Terrace house near Bellver Castle and forest.

This lovely home is located in the charming neighborhood of El Terreno, within walking distance of Palma City. You'll enjoy privacy and plenty of space with two terraces, two patios, and several relaxing areas. It’s peaceful here, yet just a couple of streets away from the main road, making it easy to walk to the new restaurants, trendy cafes, and bars that are popping up. Bellver Castle, with its beautiful trails and views, is right behind us, with access just a few blocks up the road.
