Nur für Erwachsene Kleines Gästehaus / Casita für zwei Personen auf unserer Finca in Llucmajor, mitten in einer wunderschönen Gartenanlage mit Pool. Zentral gelegen mit kurzen Wegen zu den schönsten Stränden von Mallorca, zu Palma und anderen Ausflugszielen. Die Busstation Llucmajor/Son Noguera ist 7 Gehminuten von uns entfernt. Von Mai bis Oktober fährt auch ein Flughafenbus. Die hier erhobene Touristensteuer ist im Preis inbegriffen.

This is fully renovated place with swimming pool in the city of Palma. NO PARTY CELEBRATIONS or music outdoors. Exclusive use of the propety is for our confirmed guests . Visitors are not welcome to use the pool. A private terrace give access to a peaceful shared garden and swimming pool in a villa. Private entrance ensuring everybody's privacy. Centric location in Palma city 2 minutes walking to Paseo Maritimo.

Fantástica villa en El Terreno

Our beautiful house is located in a very interesting and trendy area of Palma: El Terreno. It has excellent proximity to attractions and very good bars and restaurants. It is a 15 min walk into town center (cathedral....) and a 5 min walk to the marina. In the Marina you will find many good restaurants and if you want, you will have also a lot of pubs and discotheques.
