This magnificent two-bedrooms apartament is inside of a renovated building where traditional architectural elements had been conserved such as exposed wooden beams on its high ceiling and "ostionera" stones, typical from old city of Cádiz. Upon entering the apartment, we have access to the spacious and bright living room, furnished with high-quality furniture and design elements, with a modern fully equipped open kitchen. Both sides of the living room we find the two independent bedrooms, both have completed en suite bathrooms with shower, double beds wich measures are 1.80 x 2.00 and integranted Tv. One of them also has a reading table. The whole apartament is exterior with four balconies facing General Luque street, which is few metres away from the most famous comercial streets in Cádiz, like San Francisco and Culumela and steps away from the main monuments and atractions of Cádiz historic centre. ** For monthly stays, water and electricity supplies will be included up to a maximum of € 100 per month. If the expenses are higher, the guest will have to pay the difference. The corresponding invoice will be sent by the accommodation to the guest to verify the expenses**. During your stay, the access to the property is limited exclusively to the number of individuals specified at the booking process. Consequently, entry to the property is strictly prohibited for persons not registered as guests. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in an additional charge amounting to 50% of the total cost of the stay as a penalty, or alternatively, immediate expulsion from the accommodation.

The Apartment is placed in the fourth and last floor of a building with just three other neighbors (no Elevator), nicely furnished in sea & sailing style. It has lateral views to the Ocean and to the Cathedral.

Apartamento Loft en pleno centro del casco antiguo de Cádiz. A un paseo de todos los centros de interés. Ideal para parejas o cuatro personas. Con todas las comodidades. Aire acondicionado, Wifi, TV Led (2), cocina con lavavajillas, horno, inducción, lavadora, etc. Máximas calidades. Cuarto de baño espectacular. Dos amplias camas de matrimonio, una de ellas a diferente altura y todo en un espacio diáfano. Ver fotos. No creo que encuentres nada mejor situado y de mejor relación calidad/precio.

This 2nd-floor apartment is situated in a newly refurbished 19th century house, which is located only 3 minutes either from the cathedral or from the central market. Everything in the historic centre of Cadiz is within a footwalk distance away from the apartment. The building is located in a pedestrian area and therefore quiet and peaceful. The bedrooms open to a patio of a 18th century convent and are even more quiet. From the roof-top you have a marvelous view over the atlantic ocean.

Unsere 50m2 grosse lichtdurchflutete Wohnung mit herrlichem Blick über die Bucht und den Hafen von Cádiz liegt in einem Gebäude aus dem Jahre 1888. Der schachbrettartige Marmorboden und die Holzdeckenbalken verleihen der Wohnung einen besonderen Charme. Die zur Hausgemeinschaft gehörende Dachterrasse liegt nur wenige Treppenstufen über der Wohnung und kann von unseren Gästen jederzeit gerne genutzt werden. Piso reformado en una típica casa de vecinos gaditana con fachada en piedra ostionera, muy silenciosa en el centro histórico de Cádiz, en el Barrio de Santa María, a pocos metros del ayuntamiento, estación de trenes, Catedral y el Puerto Marítimo. Cerca de la playa, 8 minutos andando. Zona llena de terrazas, la casa está en un sitio estratégico para no tener que coger apenas el coche. Tiene un amplio salón con cocina americana y dos dormitorios .

La casa tiene mucha luz natural y tranquilidad, ideal para el descanso. En la terraza puedes tener unas estupendas veladas!!!!
