Beautiful sea view duplex in one of the best areas on the island, in the Illa Plana neighborhood, 1 minute walk from Talamanca Beach and 5 minutes from Marina Botafoch port. The house has a lot of privacy with private entrance. It has a spacious living room at sea level with an American kitchen, dining room, master bedroom on Seaview level with ensuite bathroom and guest bathroom. Private pool. Plus three bedrooms (1 master , 1 doble and 1 single bedroom) and two bathrooms on the lower level.
