A family friendly area, for a relaxing stay in top location. The pool has heating system. Parties & loud music strictly forbidden. We recommend this house to families, golf players, couples, for business- or relaxing stay. A high-end house with big garden, reformed to the highest standards. Well kept gated community with pool inc. garage. Restaurants and supermarket- within walking distance. Close to golf courses, gym & beach. In case of rain/storm, community has the right to close the pool.

Nyt et fantastisk rekkehus med 4 soverom på Golden Mile og ved Puente Romano! The Collection kombinerer en fantastisk moderne design, de fineste materialene og et familievennlig område. Her tilbys luksus i sentral beliggenhet nær Club Marbella og Puente Romano. Det tilbys felles svømmebasseng, gym og sauna, men huset har også eget badebasseng i hagen (ikke oppvarmet). På takterrassen er det oppvarmet jacuzzi. Det er også utekjøkken med grill for nydelige måltider. Et herlig sted å nyte kveldene.

Belle maison de ville située dans la célèbre communauté Lomas de Marbella Club. Situé au coeur du Golden Mile, à quelques minutes de Puente Romano. Au RDC, un grand salon avec terrasse et vue sur les montagnes et la piscine, une cuisine équipée et toilettes invités. A l'étage, 2 chambres et 2 salles de bains (1 est en suite) avec un balcon et vue sur mer et montagne. Fantastic house with a touch of luxury is perfect base for 2-3 persons to enjoy plenty of sunshine and great Hotel facilities on site! Two outdoor pools, gym, bar/restaurant, indoor pool with jacuzzi and kids playground. Within walking distance supermarket, bus stop, few restaurants. Fully equipped with everything you need to enjoy a comfortable stay! Nearest Cabopino beach 5 mins drive. Marbella centre 10kms. Perfect for a couple or young family.

Fantástica Casa Independiente, recién Reformada. Tiene un refrescante patio con una preciosa higuerita y una gran ducha de 30cm al aire libre con una lluvia de agua para cuando llegues de disfrutar un baño en la playa. Fantastic full house, newly renovated. It has a refreshing patio with a beautiful fig tree and a large 30cm outdoor shower with a rain of water for when you get to enjoy a swim on the beach.
