This charming 4 bedroom Villa has an open kitchen and bright living room. There are three double bedrooms on the ground floor, one has an en-suite bathroom and the other two share a luxury bathroom. Piscina exclusivamente para los Huéspedes y está abierta los 365 días del Año. La Villa tiene una excelente localización a 700 metros d la playa y a 700 metros Centro del pueblo puede ir andando y pasear por su hermoso boulevar lleno de restaurantes , cafetería, supermercados . A 5 minutos en coche a Puerto Banús y a 10 minutos a Marbella

Traditional Spanish villa with a lot of character close to Puerto Banus. Perfect for a family looking to get away and enjoy a peaceful stay, yet just 15min walk to Puerto Banus and the beach. Our villa is spacious with a beautiful garden and charming pool to refresh yourself in the summer heat. Along with a ping pong table to entertain yourself and the kids with in the evenings. There are restaurants, cafes, supermarkets and a gym all just a few minutes walk. STRICTLY NO PARTIES OR EVENTS!

Brand NEW house "The White Dream" in P.Banus/Marbs

This house is perfect for any traveler looking for tranquility, lots of green nature and at the same time proximity to Puerto Banus, Puente Romano and Marbella. The house opens its doors in September 2023 after a major reform from which a very elegant, spacious and comfortable design house emerged. The views on both sides are incredible: the Aloha Golf Club to the West and the Range Golf Academy to the East, with the suggestive Mount La Concha in the background. Everything you need is provided!

Elegant home in the heart of Marbella. Heated pool

This is our beautiful home. After living in Marbella 6years we moved on, to Paris. The house is recently renovated and it's really cozy and elegant. Everyone says, "Your house feels like home!" We have 4 kids, so the house is great for families (ping-pong table, puzzles, table games, doll house etc.). Your kids will have so much fun in pool! You can walk 20minutes to the gorgeous Marbella old town and sandy beach. I would be happy to recommend you family friendly restaurants and playgrounds.

Charming House in Bel Air Estepona. Walking distance to the beach and 5min from puerto Banus, 4 min to San Pedro, 10 min to Estepona and Marbella. 2 en Suite Bedrooms with each his Bathroom. Charming Garden to Relax in the Jacuzzi. Very nice community garden with 2 secured Pools.
