The villa belongs to our family since 1637, completely refurbished whilst maintaining it's antique medieval charm, we hope you experience an unforgettable holiday in one of the most beautiful and romantic Italian lake locations. Enjoy swimming the clean waters, using our SUP, kayak & water sports equipment. A 40HP boat is available for rent.

You can also use different equipments and facilities such as: bikes, canoe, sleakline, hammok, pier, depandance with wood oven for cooking pizza and making barbecue.

The private Casa Alfredo is situated directly on the shore of the Lago Maggiore surrounded by a gorgeous garden. The breathtaking view on the lake enchants guests right from the start. The house has been completely renovated in 2010 and is set up in a very comfortable and modern way.
