Romantic full-height attic with exposed stones and beams in every room and scenic bedroom with mezzanine and glimpse of the sea. Located in a residential area, with a green park and Art Nouveau buildings where at no. 1 lived the writer James Joyce. Close to the Railway Station and a convenient municipal car park with ticket (Silos/ Saba). Crossing the Borgo Teresiano you can reach the center in 10 minutes by foots. Pharmacy, supermarkets, ice cream parlor and restaurants just a few meters away.

Located on the second floor of an historical building at the heart of the ancient neighbourhood of Cavana, close to the sea, Juliet is a sunny studio flat with an independent access, attached to our apartment. Surrounded by the city’s most famed attractions, the apartment allows easy access to the countless cafés and restaurants of the area, but is located in a side street, sheltered from the clamour of nightlife. Other features are wi-fi, air conditioning system and a small private balcony.

A bright holiday home located in the centre of the old town, a few steps from the sea and close to Piazza Unità d'Italia. The house, furnished with designer furniture and equipped with everything needed for a short stay, is an open space recently renovated. It is located on the second floor of an historic building in the Cavana district, the old town, or the vital centre of Trieste. Nearby the bus stop and the Maritime station from which boats leave for Muggia, Sistiana and Miramare.

Mansarda sita all'ottavo piano con ascensore. Vista aperta e panoramica sul golfo e la città, a pochi minuti a piedi dal centro e dalla splendida Piazza Unita'. La zona e' tranquilla, nelle immediate vicinanze si trovano le fermate di piu' linee bus e svariati negozi. Sempre a poca distanza sono presenti il sito storico del Castello dI S. Giusto, l' Osservatorio Astronomico ed il Civico Museo di Antichità' J.J Winkelmann. Nel circondario il parcheggio pubblico e' gratuito

Casa Zen si trova in un palazzo storico, in via San Nicolò, principale via pedonale della città. Questa via è centralissima, in una zona ricca di storia, dove si trovano tutte le attività culturali, commerciali e i servizi di cui si può aver bisogno durante il soggiorno. Completely new apartment, recently renovated (Dec 2022), located in the center of Trieste (13 minutes walk from Piazza Unità), designed with style. The apartment is located in Via Gabiele Foschiatti. it is a pedestrian area, where you can find restaurants, bars, wine bars and small shops. The property is located on the third floor of a historic Trieste building equipped with a lift without architectural barriers. Very sunny, comfortable and welcoming.
