The house consists of two apartments within a wing of the Gave manor house in Sorana, a little village in the heart of Svizzera Pesciatina in Tuscany. Far from the crowd of cities, it's the right place where to escape and find relax. Admire the original wood beam ceilings and wooden fixtures while sitting around the indoor fireplace or spend a sunny afternoon out in the garden under the pergola or in the swimming pool surrounded by the olive trees terraces (airbnb.com/h/casagavenaturarelax). The apartment, with separate entrance, is composed as follows: - kitchen-living room with wood burning fireplace complete with all appliances, microwave, kettle and TV; - double bedroom with wardrobe and sofa bed. Removable baby bed available on request; - bathroom with toilet, shower and bidet. The property was completely renovated in 2017 respecting the original features, such as ceilings with chestnut beams, local stone walls, chestnut window frames and wrought iron gates. The furniture are made of wood recovered from the original beams. Outside there are a pergola covered by a wisteria where you can relax or eat and a bbq available for lunches and dinners. A ping-pong table and table football are also available. As we live next to the apartment we are available for any need of the guest. The home is in a natural setting with multiple areas for scenic hikes to enjoy. Take a trip to the amazing Lucca or to the Montecarlo vineries, or to the seaside in Versilia, have a spa day at Montecatini Terme, visit the Pinocchio Park in Collodi, and enjoy authentic cuisine at the local restaurants. Spend your holiday in Tuscany! Built in the typical Tuscan farm house style, Casa di Lea is newly renovated and stands deep in the countryside. The house consists of traditional elements such as the Mandolato, the red brick, a brick kitchen with Tuscan wood fronts and original ceramic tiles. Modern components are the parquet flooring and the underfloor heating. The house stands on a huge 1 ha. site featuring a large lawn, swimming pool, fruit trees and vegetable patches. The site belongs to a small but well known nursery that specialises in herbs and ornamental herbs. Sited in the middle of Tuscany, between Florence and the Mediterranean see (Versilia) Casa di Lea is easily reachable by car (the highway A11 is only 2km far away). The train station "Altopascio" can be reached in a couple of minute and the Pisa airport in ca. 30 min. Casa di Lea is the perfect solution for guests discovering Tuscany and looking for some rest in the beautiful Tuscan countryside after sightseeing tours and typical food experiences.

The apartment is on the upper floor and it still preserves the character of the original building: thick stone walls, wooden cellings and deep windows that resemble old lookout points . The space is simple and cozy: an open living area, a bedroom with an iron bad and antique forniture and small corners full of light. The Kitchen is small and colorful, perfect for preparing a slow brackfast or a simple dinner. One of the special places in the house is the covered terrace overlookingn the mountains - a peaceful spot for outdoor meals, reading or simply enjoyng the quiet atmosphere of the village.
