Emanuele was a great host, very responsive and answered all our questions. The apartment was easy to find and only a short walk from the tower. You can see the tower from your window which was a lovely bonus. The place was very clean and clutter free and the beds were very comfortable. It is on a main road but you can’t hear the traffic if you close the window. We would definitely recommend staying here.

The location is unbeatable. Merely one street from the sea, and surrounded by excellent food and great sights, this is a wonderful place to stay during your time in Livorno. The room and bathroom were clean and the building felt very safe. Communication was excellent and Dalila was very helpful when I had unexpected changes in travel plans. I would absolutely stay here again!

Very cozy place- we stayed in the Pomodorian appartement (for 8 people). The appartment and terrazza are very spacious. It was well equipped, but no necessaire things like sugar/salt/pepper are in the appartement. You can make a fire in the chimney wich is very nice. Dino from the Il Lebbio Tesm is reachable in case you need something furing the day - other than that you are on your own. Next to us was a familiy with kids and you could hear them - the walls are thin ☺️ In the next village is a bar where you can get simple breakfast and pizza (pizza is ok-ish). In Montaione is a Coop supermarket and some lovely restaurants. You can explore all major tuscany landmarks from here by car.

Excellent logement.composé uniquement de 3 belles chambres et une belle salle de bain. Instructions très claires et facile d'accès et pour se garer. Propre avec très belle piscine de sel partagée avec le voisinage. La literie est parfaite. Nous n'avons pas réussi à se connecter au wifi mais cela ne nous a pas dérangé. Il y a un distributeur d'eau chaude et froide pour les boissons très pratique. Il manquerait une petite machine à café. Ce n'était pas dérangeant car il y a un café à côté mais fermé le dimanche. Je n'hésiterai pas à revenir car c'est vraiment sympa et original ! Hôtes très sympathiques

Hemos estado muy bien y hemos descansado , nos han tratado con mucha amabilidad todo muy bien organizado y limpio y tiene mini bar !!! Nos ha parecido espectacular el trato del personal y muy recomendable agradezco el trato recibido volveremos pronto !

Clean and good air conditioning. Not a lot to do in the town and the only way to get around is expensive taxis, but the stay at the hotel was wonderful.

San Miniato is such a lovely village to visit, especially if you love good food and wine! Palazzo Essenza is the perfect place to stay, situated right in the square, close to everything, but also a peaceful place to spend a few days while you check out the local area. Antonio was super prompt with any queries and support, and the rooms are beautiful, well appointed and generously proportioned. I would highly recommend staying here.
