La villa è essenziale e accogliente. Un ampio salone con angolo cottura da sfoggio del caminetto che può riscaldare le serate più fredde, oppure nelle calde serate estive il climatizzatore renderà tutto più fresco e gradevole. Speciale il barbecue in muratura in giardino. La camera da letto offre un comodo matrimoniale, nella cameretta c'è un comodo letto singolo, nel salone trovano posto un mobile letto ad uso singolo e richiudibile e un letto adibito anche a divano.

La casa è in mezzo al verde circondata da prati alberati dove pascolano cinque cavalli e un‘asina, tra uliveti, frutteti, orti, erbe aromatiche, un piccolo vigneto e arnie che ospitano api.
