Casa Novaro ha tre appartamenti, è a 5 km dal centro di Imperia a 10 minuti, in macchina, dalle spiagge di Imperia e Diano Marina. L'appartamento fa parte di una villa. Casa Novaro è a pochi km dal centro è situato al riparo dal rumore con una bellissima vista. Il mio alloggio è adatto a coppie, avventurieri solitari e famiglie.

Natursteinhaus Casa Vittoria

Lucinasco ist ein idyllisch gelegenes Bergdorf in Ligurien. Schon die Anreise durch üppige Olivenhaine ist eine grosse Freude. Die Herstellung von Olivenöl prägt das gesamte Dorfleben. Ein kleiner See liegt am Ortsausgang. Hängende Trauerweiden umsäumen das Ufer und eine alte Kapelle aus dem Mittelalter runden das Bild gut ab. Von Casa Vittoria hat man einen schönen Blick über die Olivenhaine auf die Kathedrale Santa Maddalena bis hin zum Meer. Ein Spaziergang dorthin lohnt sich allemal.

Una stanza sull’Oggia

Uno spazio semplice e romantico, una stanza vera senza fronzoli con angolo cottura e un terrazzino che si affaccia sul fiume: da qui si intravede un piccolo ponticello in pietra... e il rumore dell'acqua che scorre. L’alloggio è un’unica grande volta: tutta la casa è stata restaurata utilizzando materiali naturali, calce e vernici fatte con farina e olio di lino. Per i mesi invernali c’è una stufa a legna che gli ospiti potranno gestire in autonomia. Viene fornita la legna per il soggiorno.

Välkommen till mitt charmiga byhus som ligger mitt i 1200-tals byn Apricale , 2 minuter från byns Piazza. Huset är byggt på höjden. Tre våningar med kök längst ner, vardagsrum på mellanplanet med bäddsoffa och utgång till balkong, högst upp vackert sovrum med underbar utsikt från franska balkonger. Where the hills meet the sea, you’ll find our little slice of Ligurian paradise. This delightful corner studio comes with its own garden with stunning Mediterranean views and access to a pool that is only shared with the two other cozy rentals of our modern guesthouse. We live on the property as well, along with our lovable dog, a few little goats, and some chatty chickens. It’s a peaceful, unpretentious place where nature, comfort, and a bit of whimsy come together.
