Ottima esperienza, Tommaso e' stato gentilissimo e disponibilissimo. Appartamento bello e facile da raggiungere dalla stazione di Termoli. Consigliatissimo!

C'est une première pour nous dans cette région précise en Italie et on quitte cette magnifique ville qu'est Marguerita Di Savoia avec de merveilleux souvenirs qui partiront avec nous vers de nouvelles découvertes. Un grand merci à Rita pour son accueil et ce séjour très confortable. L'appartement est spacieux on s'y retrouve facilement ainsi qu'avec une douche réalisée à l'italienne très propre et facile d'utilisation, accompagnée d'une tranquillité et calme remarquable tout cela grâce au triple vitrage des fenêtres. Le réseau Wifi est excellent à son tour. Une cuisine tout à fait spacieuse également avec tout le nécessaire, de plus Rita a eu l'amabilité d'offrir des boissons bien fraîches ainsi que des fruits mûrs, de l'huile d'olive, et du sel qui a été spécialement produit dans cette ville, de ce fait vous remarquerez aux proximités de la ville des salins qui sont impressionnants à observer. Nous étions très agréablement surpris ❤️. Un séjour familial italien très agréable !!!

This apartment is located in such a great location! Just a couple of streets away from the port in one direction, the beach in another direction, and the old city is very close as well. Lots of stairs on the side streets, as you will find in older European towns. Really just a beautiful city. We came in late November, which is a blessing and a curse - the town is quiet for the winter season, so there are no crowds of people but at the same time, many of the restaurants and stores are closed until spring. Even so, we found some fantastic food within blocks and the walking was phenomenal. The apartment is like 3 rooms stacked on top of each other, with the kitchen on top and the patio/ balcony just outside the kitchen on the roof. Such a great place to enjoy our morning coffee!

Il luogo era molto tranquillo, il residence era accogliente quasi sul familiare. La struttura semplice è stata fornita di tutti comfort: lavastoviglie, lavatrice, clima e tapparelle elettriche. Il tono chiaro dell'appartamento ha dato un ulteriore relax a questo ponte di Aprile, senza dimenticare la bellissima vista dell'alba dalla camera da letto. Una magnifica spiaggia sabbiosa era a nostra disposizione a due scalinate dall'appartamento. Antonella è stata molto amichevole e disponibile ad ogni richiesta, infatti ci ha fornito delle biciclette per raggiungere il centro di termoli a 20 minuti dalla struttura.

Soggiorno molto piacevole, la casa è grande e ben arredata, completa di tutto per la cucina e la spiaggia, bellissima la terrazza che purtroppo non ci siamo potuti godere a pranzo perché l’ombrellone era rotto, avrei preferito trovare la biancheria per le camere ed il bagno magari pagando un po’ di più. Struttura e Host consigliati e se possibile ci torneremo!! Giorgio

Sehr schönes kleines, typisches Altstadthaus. Chic und stilvoll renoviert mit zwei kleinen Balkonen und Dachterrasse mit fantastischem Blick nach Westen, über Hafen und Meer. Viele Restaurants fußläufig, trotzdem ruhig. Kein Lärm von Verkehr oder Kneipen.

Siamo stati ospiti di Antonio nella sua fantastica casa , siamo stati davvero impressionati! la casa era profumata, bellissima come in foto , pulita e con tutti i comfort necessari , per una vacanza rilassante e piacevole . Antonio ci ha fatto sentire come a casa nostra. Consiglio vivamente questa casa a chiunque cerchi una vacanza tranquilla e confortevole. Grazie mille,Antonio, per la tua ospitalità !

L'alloggio era dotato di tutto (in cucina anche microonde, macchina del caffè, friggitrice ad aria), ha un bel giardino e spazi confortevoli. È in un parco molto grande, che in aprile era semi deserto quindi molto tranquillo, ma è ampio ed ha spazi verdi. Il mare si raggiunge in pochi minuti a piedi.

We loved our stay at La Perla in Termoli. The apartment is located in the beautiful alleys within the old centre and walking distance to the passiagiata street where so many walk in the evenings - shopping, eating gelato and dining in the many restaurants and bars. Vibrant! The beach was being set up for the Lido’s for the summer season - with many enjoying the sun, sea and sand with the great weather. Thanks to Maurizio and Mirella - and their son for providing such a lovely apartment, and for going above and beyond to assist at check in. We would definitely recommend this to others.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans la maison de Matteo. La maison est confortable et la vue sur la mer depuis l’avant de la maison est incroyable. Un chemin menant à la plage passe devant la maison, donc il y a du passage mais ce n’est pas un problème. Matteo est très accueillant.

Great apartment in a good location for a visit to Vieste. Roberto answered our queries promptly and sent us a list of restaurants he recommends and a list of places to visit nearby. As mentioned by other guests the shower cubicle is smallish and the mattress is a bit hard but we stayed for a week and got used to it. Would hope to stay again and would certainly recommend.

Nous sommes arrivés plus tôt et Antonio nous a gentiment accompagné de la gare de bus au logement. Le logement est très bien équipé et décoré. Vue et emplacement de rêve !!! Je ne peux que recommander vivement !!

Piccolo alloggio ma pulito e dotato di tutto il necessario. Salvatore è stato gentile e disponibile. Cenato due sere alla "coppola rossa" che è veramente a due passi, personale gentile, mangiato bene entrambe le volte, nota positiva in più (per chi come noi viaggia con ilmpeloso al seguito) nessun problema per l'accesso con il cane

Sehr schön eingerichtete und sehr geräumige Wohnung. Auffallend gegenüber anderen Wohnungen ist die Ausstattung der Küche. Es macht richtig Spaß hier zu kochen.

Appartamento pulitissimo in ottima posizione, centrale non solo per visitare Termoli ma anche per visitare i luoghi più interessanti del Molise

Soggiorno stupendo, il tutto condito dalla festa del santo patrono del paese! Ci siamo trovati molto bene da Nazario e sua moglie. La casa ha tutti i confort necessari al soggiorno e in 30 secondi dalla casa si è nella piazza del paese. Non dimenticheremo facilmente il posto e chi ci ha ospitato!

So ein schöner Ort! Das Apartment liegt zentral und dennoch sehr ruhig. Es ist modern und sauber, alles da, was man braucht. Die Kommunikation mit Luca hat sehr zuverlässig geklappt, der Check-in war flexibel und ich konnte sogar mein Fahrrad sicher unterbringen. Sehr freundliche Gastgeber! Ich hatte nur einen Tag in Manfredonia eingeplant, aber man kann dort sicher eine längere Zeit verbringen und sich sehr wohlfühlen. Kann ich absolut empfehlen!

Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und haben uns in der geräumigen Wohnung auf dem wunderbaren Anwesen sehr wohl gefühlt. Ein Auto ist praktisch um hin zu kommen und die Gegend erkunden zu können. Vielen Dank, wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

AMAZING VIEW!!! Just stunning sunsets. . Big, spacious studio with everything you need for a lovely stay in one of the most charming, intimate towns. What more can you ask for? How about a super responsive host that was always available to answer questions or help out with special request! Can not recommend it more!
