We visited Villa De Luccheri as a family group of 15. It is such a unique place nestled in the countryside. Completely away from the tourist area which is what we were looking for. It really is a unique retreat. We loved exploring down the paths and into the forest area. The children had a great time in the pool (despite the cold weather) and had lots of places to run around. We had a lovely time roasting marshmallows by the fire pit. We were unable to use the hot tub for the first two days as it wasn’t working but Salvatore called lots of people to come and get it fixed and it was and we were able to use. Salvatore was always friendly and on hand, replying almost immediately when required. Salvatore also has some lovely people who help. A lovely helper (Alberto) gave us lots of recommendations (over Google translate) and shared his knowledge about area. After we asked him if we could pick fruit locally, the next day he gave us a bag of freshly picked Lemons and big bag of nut

Amazing property, very high quality throughout. Stunning pool and outdoor areas. Highly recommended for those looking for peace and quiet. Sant Agata is about 10 minutes drive and has everything…restaurants, bars, supermarkets, seriously good pizza. Also a great Sunday market.

Spacious and comfortable apartment in a new residential complex. Important: free parking outside the house. Enjoyed: geese. Ducks and beavers on the grounds. I came for the Battle of Cassino Museum and the Abbey. And that's as close as you can get. It's only 5 mins walk to the uentra town too. Recommend.

We spent almost a month at Ana's house in Cervaro this spring & we really enjoyed our stay! The house immediately makes you feel at home because of the decorations. Inside the house is everything you need, the kitchen has all cooking stuff + paella pans + orange juicer and lovely tableware. The garden is larger than the pictures make it seem, with multiple levels. We spent most of our daytime outside on the lounge sofa & on the sun deck! The surroundings are beautiful: mountain views at all sides, ideal for hiking & cycling. Cervaro centro is 10min walking and has some nice bars that are open day and evening, Cassino is 15min by car and has everything else. Communication with Ana was easy and we were happy with the local recommendations for food & visits. We would highly recommend staying at Ana's house to relax and enjoy Lazio's beautiful nature 💚

I had an absolutely fantastic stay at Sergio’s house in San Potito! The property was spotless, cozy, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect—peaceful and charming, with beautiful surroundings. Sergio was an outstanding host—extremely friendly, helpful, and attentive throughout my visit. He went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed and made me feel completely at home. I highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting San Potito. It’s a 5-star experience, and I can’t wait to return! Thank you, Sergio, for making my stay so memorable.

Det här ett ställe som MÅSTE besökas! Konstnärliga detaljer överallt som gör att man upptäcker nya saker hela tiden. Ett obeskrivligt hus och område. Ett mycket vänligt och bra emottagande av Marchello, som även hade tänt en välkomnande brasa för oss att värma oss vid efter ett regnoväder. Vi hade hela huset för oss själva och lagade mat i det stora köket. Några svårigheter hade vi att hitta olika köksredskap, men efter guidning av Luca hittade vi kastruller, bestick, tallrikar och kniv på olika ställen i huset. 😉 Det var mycket svalt i nedervåningen, men det kompenserades upp med en varm och skön ovanvåning, där vi hade vårt rum, badrum, toalett, litet kök och en egen entré. Sängen var lite hård för en med problem med rygg och nacke, men vi lyckades ändå att sova gott hela natten. Ett lugnt område med skog och fåglar inpå husknuten. Vi hade problem med att få till ett fungerande Wi-Fi i huset, men vi hade eget i telefonerna så det löste sig ändå.

Magnifique villa spacieuse 🏘️, avec sublime jardin 🪴 fleuri à la campagne 🌺🌷🌸🌹Mais proche de toutes commodités, village accueillant et chaleureux. Havre de paix et reposant . Le plus aussi est le potager 👩‍🌾 ou vous pourrez déguster de délicieux légumes🍅🍆🫑. Propreté parfaite.. accueil merveilleux par Giuseppina et sa famille 💕, elle est toujours disponible pour nous, nous conseiller . Séjour parfait . On se sent bien dès qu’on pose ses valises, et Giuseppina nous met à l’aise et en confiance. Des moments magiques partagés, de jolies découvertes. Beaucoup d excursion à faire et à voir. La mer est assez proche, mais vous pouvez profiter d’une petite piscine aussi à la villa.. des délicieux restaurants à proximité , petit supermarché à 3 min.
