Access the communal pool directly from the main terrace/garden. Private parking space. 600mb fiber Wifi, NETFLIX, air conditioning.

Log fires, central heating and a well- equipped kitchen in this comfortably modernized farmhouse with astounding views over Sierra Castril natural park. Sublime walks from your door; canoes, canyons, swimming, cycling. 10 minutes to charming market town. Take a look at You Tube: 'Castril Cortijo El Villar' for film of the house and area. The perfect place to relax and enjoy. The apartment is located on top of a hill and a 5-10 min walk from te beach and the boulevard with all restaurants and bars. The air bnb has a huge terrace (70m2) with a roofed dining area, lounge and a barbecue. The views are spectacular. You will live between the mountains with a fantastic pool- and seaview. Inside we have all equipment and service you need. Mojácar and it's surroundings has a lot to offer.

Este apartamento es simple y perfecto para unos días tan cerca de la playa, con restaurantes y bares, farmacia y supermercados a pocos minutos andando. En la ladera del pueblo y en el ultimo piso de la casa residencial, el apartemento tiene vista al mar y vista al horizonte por 180 grados. Una cocina bien equipada invita a comer en la terraza. No tiene ascensor la casa. No se aceptan mascotas. Todo lo demás para disfrutar!
