Best Kept Secret

Very comfortable home with lots of upgrades. This home is close to everything; 5 min. from airport and train station, 10 min. to local beaches, 30 min. to RI ocean beaches, 10 min. to Providence, and 35 min. from Boston. Check in after 3PM Check out 11AM This home is pet friendly for a fee of $100 per pet. You must provide a pet picture and updated shot records and take full responsibility for any and all pet related issues. Pet maximum weight 30 lbs. You must acknowledge/accept pet policy.

This beautiful apartment is right on DePasquale Plaza in the heart of Federal Hill, Providence’s Little Italy. Downtown Condo

Fantastic 1 Bedroom Apartment right smack in the middle of downtown Providence. The neighborhood is jammed with wonderful little restaurants, bars and shopping. The Dunkin Donuts Center, Trinity Playhouse, PPAC, The Vets, Federal Hill, Providence Place Mall, Johnson & Wales, Brown & RISD are all a short walk from here. We are located two floors above a couple nightclubs. We don't hear the clubs themselves but on the weekends you can hear the people outside.

Bright & Relaxing 2BR East Side of Providence

We have a newly furnished apartment on the East side of Providence. This unit features brand new furniture, high end Nectar mattresses, laundry, and expansive roof deck. It can comfortably sleep 5. The location is central and minutes from downtown Providence, Brown, RISD, Miriam, and a few blocks away from beautiful Lippit park. There are numerous cozy shops up the street - coffee shops/bakeries, restaurants/bars, and unique local vendors such as Frog & Toad.
