Spacious Condo with huge Lanai

Oversized 1500 sq. ft north shore condo. Floor to ceiling windows throughout providing plenty of natural light and giving the condo a tree house feel. Huge 800+ sq. foot wrap around lanai overlooking the largest open space in the complex, perfect for morning breakfasts and evening relaxing. Complex features one of the largest pools in Princeville, a pavilion with BBQ, ping-pong table, and lounge chairs. Various snorkel sets, boogie boards, beach chairs, towels, sand toys provided for use!

Our Dream Home

This is a custom two storied house of 2600 square feet. The bedrooms are downstairs and the kitchen and the living room are upstairs. The upstairs is big and open; it is a full 1000 square feet area with an open beam ceiling, teak floor and many fine details to enjoy cooking, eating and entertaining. There is a covered lanai attached to the living room area with a round table that sits 4 people, a hammock and a gas grill where you can enjoy a meal while looking at mountains and waterfalls.

From the minute you walk into this spacious 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom bright and airy home, you will feel instantly relaxed. Private lanais off two of the three bedrooms and a lanai off the kitchen with mountain and ocean views provide an indoor/outdoor feel to this home. There is AC in 2 of the the 3 bedrooms. A bench in the backyard offers sunset views of the Hanalei sunset overlooking the golf course. Walk five minutes to nearby Happy Talk restaurant for one of the best mai tai's on island.
