Built in 2022, this barn style home offers unique features such as sauna room, deck, large chef's kitchen, generous bathroom, wood burning fireplace. Located 20 minutes from town and 30 minutes to the golf course. 10 minutes to nearest lake, with approximately 100 more within an hours drive. Bordering access to the KVR trail. Outdoor activities include quading, biking, fishing, hunting etc. Leave the city behind and come enjoy the country outdoor experience where the night sky comes alive.

Secluded lake front cabin

Lakefront cabin at a quiet fishing lake (10HP boat limit) Almost 1000' lake frontage on a 10 acre property. This is a modern cabin/house. Landscaping is difficult in this area, but there is a nice patio and amazing views! You can walk around the lake which is about 5km, or one hour. This is a quiet area. There is a campsite on the other side of the lake, and approximately 20 other cabins around the lake. On summer days you will see people float around the lake on docks and small boats.

If you feel adventurous take a drive to the wineries minutes away, or up to Apex ski hill 21 km away. If you are visiting during winter months, good winter tires are recommended. Our quirky little 1 acre property is located in a quiet rural subdivision, across the historic red bridge. Your suite has two bedrooms with comfy beds, a small bathroom with shower, kitchen, living room and is just over 700 sqft in size. Everyone who comes finds it to be a great escape from the city hustle. 5 minutes from Keremeos and Cawston (or a 20 minute bike ride along a car free path) 35 minutes to Penticton or Osoyoos and 40 minutes to Apex Ski Hill.
