This place was AMAZING!!!! I would highly recommend staying here. The bed was sooooo comfortable. Everything was picture perfect!

This was our second trip to the island and staying at Michaels place! We love the view and privacy the house offers! Such a great location for hunting and exploring all the logging roads/trails. The house has all the comforts of home and makes for an amazing getaway!

We had an amazing time in Ketchikan. This home was beautiful with the most breathtaking views… I can’t even count how many bald eagles, hummingbirds, seals, whales, and starfish we saw… Truly a great stay.

Very well appointed and very peaceful! We enjoyed the stunning views and the nature of it all. Local eatery’s food was far beyond what we expected and the host kitchen made eating in a “just like home” experience. Place was warm, has a sauna, massage chair, great view, in the middle of town, allen was responsive, nice tv with internet. More then worth the price.

Leroy and Tanya’s cabin is such a great place to stay on the island! It is a very quiet and peaceful location, and the cabin is top notch. The hosts are very friendly and extremely helpful. I would definitely stay again!

This is my second stay at Blue Heron. I love it there. The deck, the view, the comfort and kitchen perfectly suit my needs. The staff is friendly and helpful. I sleep so well there. Highly recommended!!

As a regular visitor to the island I think this is one of the best stays. Central to all island services, very tastefully built, outfitted with all the essentials, lots of sleeping area, view of the iconic Klawock River lagoon, high speed internet, etc. Better than represented in the listing for sure. There is a long flight of stairs, but that's the price you pay for the commanding view.

Great host. Location was peaceful and had a beautiful view. Would recommend and stay at this location again.
