I will recommend this place to my friends feel at home

A pristine living area and convenient to Busch Gardens and Williamsburg make this a good choice. Plenty of room. The beds were good, bathrooms very clean, and beds were comfortable. The kitchen was very well equipped. Nice appliances. Lots of sitting area.

Fished a tournament out of Osbourne Landing which is 10 minutes from Janet's place. The place was perfect for 3 guys with boats. The place was clean, and Janet was very good to communicate with. Will stay again if we come back to fish.

Home was quiet and tucked away from commercial areas, but close enough to all amenities! Alex was helpful and always very quick to respond. Great spot overall!

It was the perfect home for enjoying our daughter’s wedding weekend with our family and friends. The price was worth it for this special occasion. The kitchen was well stocked. We were too busy to enjoy the beautiful screened in porch, or use the grill and fire pit. Those were our only regrets. Thank you again, Kay, for thinking of everything!

My guys and I had a great stay in New Kent. It was odd being in a place that was representative of 150 years of history kept mostly in its antique form. That is, except for the kitchen which was modern underneath a classic look. The property is beautiful, peaceful, and quiet. I had a couple concerns when we checked in, but Adam responded and resolved everything quickly. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a quiet get away with a history niche.

The Hermitage on the Hill was the peaceful and warm and inviting home our family needed. A great place to meet for spiritual rejuvenation. Jennie Ray was a superlative host and provided all the comforts of home. The outdoor spaces were more than the pictures could relate. Can't wait to comeback later this year for the next opportunity to enjoy this lovely nest. No need to doubt just how perfect this hideaway is. Please do not miss out.

Stayed here with a small group of friends to attend a concert. The place is spacious and comfortable and there was plenty of room for everyone. The back patio was also spacious and nice. Despite being centrally located and close to everything, it wasn't noisy and disruptive outside. Very walkable to just about everything including the bus system that goes east/west on Broad which is very convenient. Highly recommend.

We loved staying at Nadine's place! Great location that is walkable to a lot of local things to do. The neighborhood itself is beautiful. The apartment was exactly as described and was quiet and peaceful. Loved having the snacks on hand. It was a great place to stay for a weekend. Nadine was super responsive, and even messaged me when she found my phone charger that I had left when we checked out! Highly recommend staying here - we'll be doing the same next time we're in town.

Kendall was quick to respond and very kind! Definitely made my eventful trip smooth.

This was easily our best stay at an air bnb. There were so many wonderful and thoughtful touches and amenities that delighted us. The space was so inspiring, relaxing, and convenient in a beautiful historic neighborhood. Easy to park and made for a wonderful weekend trip to Richmond!

We really enjoyed our stay. Cynthia (the host) made communication very easy and all aspects were as advertised. The staff at Wyndham were very friendly and check in was a snap. As for the rooms; clean, and quaint with nice kitchen accommodations. Overall excellent stay, would not hesitate to come back.

Great cozy space for a weekend trip! My friends and I went to Busch gardens for the weekend and wanted a quiet yet affordable and reasonably close location for the park. Casey was very attentive with our questions about getting in (it was all operator error aka me 😳😳) and any other inquires about our stay. The location is on a quiet street with an amazing coffee shop that is directly behind the Airbnb. We will definitely be back!! Casey also offered dish soap, hand soap, detergents, an extra toothbrush and toothpaste, along with a few more things in case they were forgotten.

We had a great stay at Eddie's place! Very close to restaurants, Colonial Williamsburg, and Busch Gardens. The unit we stayed in was spotless and had all of the amenities that we needed during our stay. Highly recommended!

I've stayed here a couple times now. Elizabeth is a great host, and I've really liked Patriot's Place as a base while working in the area. Highly recommend.

We enjoyed our stay! We were in town for a wedding and I was in a great location. Matt was very responsive to us and extremely communicative!

We had a wonderful stay celebrating family birthdays! The house was spacious and had plenty of bathrooms. It was decorated beautifully for the holidays. We especially enjoyed the porches overlooking the spectacular views!

We were a group of three couples who wanted our own bedroom and private bathroom to retreat to after enjoying busy days and evenings around Colonial Williamsburg. We really enjoyed the location of Kingsmill and all of the spacious condo amenities!

Great stay! Spacious, clean, functional. Kids loved the pool and bowling.

Tara is a very responsive host. As a Marriott facility, there are staff members on hand to assist with your needs and access to other amenities. The vacation rental itself is spacious and clean. The location is quiet and away from the hustle and bustle, yet close enough to drive to anywhere you need to go - dining, entertainment, or shops.

It was a quiet and lovely space with a ton of amenities (pool, mini golf) and close to downtown Williamsburg and local and state parks. The kitchen was great! Some of the other appliances inside were less quiet (vacuum, washing machine, dryer), but it was nice to have the appliances!

Igor was wonderful to work with. He answers quickly, he’s friendly and he takes care of the details. The Greensprings Villas we stayed in were clean and updated. All the amenities were open and we enjoyed all the pools, mini-golf and the play areas. It was perfect for big family. Be advised though that there are no elevators. It didn’t bother us but just be mindful of your guests.
