Pet-friendly bachelor suite with private entrance centrally located in College Heights. Suite backs on to private garden/patio & forested public walking trails. Public transit, groceries, clothing outlets, restaurants, big box stores and a 24hr fitness all within a few minutes walk. We are a family oriented home, as such, you may hear the sounds of tiny feet but usually not between the hours of 9pm to 7am. Ac as well as Dyson fans in the bedrooms. Walking distance to nearest mall ( Pine Center, 3min) restaurants, shopping and grocery stores and anything else you’ll need. Parks are right around the corner as cricket field and basketball court at the elementary school. Close to CNC and CN Center as well.

Get out of the hustle and bustle of town to a quiet setting, yet so close to everything. Located on Cranbrook Hill, a 15 acre farm setting. You will have your own private entrance with full kitchen and bath, and in-suite laundry. We are a family of 4, plus Piper the indoor dog and Diesel the outdoor dog. They are friendly and loves belly rubs. We live upstairs with 2 teens, who occasionally have friends over after school or weekends, typical family noise expected, but we are respectful.
