Opustite se u ovom jedinstvenom smještaju ispod starih gradskih zidina koji je istovremeno na osami okružen prirodom i samo par minuta šetnje udaljen od gradskog centra i prekrasne plaže. Ova jedinstvena kuća za odmor nalazi se otprilike 150 metara od plaže i centra grada. Okružena je prirodom te ćete imati potreban mir za vaš odmor. Kuća se nalazi u udolini te su zbog toga noći ugodnije temperature. Također vam nudimo mogućnost besplatnog korištenja SUP-a i kajaka.

Villa Albina nalazi se u mirnom ruralnom području u mjestu Skrpčići na otoku Krku. Jedinstvena, renovirana na način da zadrži svoju autentičnost, s mnogo rustikalnih detalja. Kuća nudi vrlo romantično, toplo i ugodnu atmosferu Ovaj smještaj idealan je ako želite provesti odmor u prirodnom i opuštajućem okruženju. Villa Jelena is an indigenous coastal house, completely isolated on a property of 20,000 m2. It is one of the few villas that stretches to the sea. 150 meters from the property there is the beautiful bay of Dumbocca with crystal clear sea and white pebbles.The natural environment with 200 olive trees provides guests with a pleasant and intimate atmosphere. Until 01. 06. and from 01. 10 pool heating is charged 100 euros per week.

Outdoor area with private pool also has a barbecue and a terrace with outdoor furniture. The garden is full of greenery which makes it very relaxing and enjoyable! Fully equipped and nicely furnished, this house is a perfect choice for your vacation!

Cozy self-standing house

You will love this small, cozy house because of it's location near the beach and the city centre (both a 5 minute walk). Since the house is self-standing, you will be able to enjoy your privacy. I offer also a parking space. The place has air conditiong to cool you down in the hot summer days. You can enjoy a nice cup of coffee with the view of the city walls from the terrace.

Studio In a Stone House With Garden

Ideal for young people who do not want to spend a lot of money for accomodation an are not too demanding. Due to thick stone walls, the studio is always fresh. You will enjoy the view from the garden situated next to the house, 20 meters from the studio. Door windows, not classical windows, might be an issue for some people, if so, book another property of mine.
