House is situated on a beautiful 4 acre lot with a pathway down to the lake and private beach. Fully stocked kitchen, 6 bedrooms with comfortable sheets and duvets. Enjoy a glass of wine from the porch and sensational southerly views of the Green Monarchs! A terrific house for the whole family with two dens, one for the adults downstairs and the kids upstairs.

This stylish home is a haven in the woods. As you enter, you're greeted by a cozy living room, with views of the Lake, where family & friends gather around the gas fireplace for quality time. The spacious kitchen & dining room are where delicious meals are prepared & stories are shared.. Main floor bedroom & full bath with 4 additional bedrooms upstairs. The owners suite with lake view & adjoining full bath. Relax on the deck or walk down to the beach & dock to make memories to last a lifetime

Tamrak Creek Retreat

This 1200square foot home has a nice outdoor fire pit with a trail leading down to a serene resting area on the creek. Close to The Tamrak Store, where you can stock up on essentials, rent a movie, or grab an ice cream cone. Golf course is one mile away and only 3 miles to the lake. For an extra $75 a night we have a small cabin available with sleeping quarters for 6 more people. The house has 2 bedrooms with queen beds and a sofa sleeper with full size bed. Two bathrooms and washer and dryer.

The Hideaway at Priest Lake

Close to everything. Priest Lake Golf Course cart access is right across the road. The lake and Hill's resort is 1-mile and Millie's is half-mile away. Main House has 2 bedrooms & 2 full baths; washer/dryer; kitchen with everything you might need; Guest "Shed" has 3 twin beds and 2 twin mattresses (pushed together or apart) in the loft; don't let the rustic outhouse fool you as it has a toilet and sink with running water PLUS there is full RV Hook up. Completely new and remodeled kitchen..!

Located 5 minute walking distance from Beyond Hope Camping Resort & 10 minutes to Sam Owens Campground. Hope Marina & Boat launch is just a quick 5 minute drive and roughly 20 minute drive to Sandpoint. The Idaho Club Golf Course is about 15 minute drive, Schweitzer is about 40 minutes to top of mtn.

Gorgeous 6,000 sqft house on 21 acres overlooking Lake Cocolalla. Six bedrooms and five full baths make this house perfect for large family gatherings. Additionally there is a large loft, media room, a spacious game room and a nicely appointed laundry/mud room. This house offers a large kitchen and an additional kitchenette downstairs. Lots of windows to take in the breathtaking water views and expansive decks on the upper and lower level. Sleeps 20 comfortably.

Rustic Horseshoe perfect private escape

Cute little private cabin. Lots of wildlife to view roaming thru the yard. Lake views from the deck with a Large wrap around porch to sip on your morning coffee, or BBQ dinner. This cabin has large windows to cuddle up on the couch and enjoy the gorgeous lake views. The quant town of bayview is just 1.4 miles down the road to check out the restaurants, stores, or rent fun water toys. Silverwood is just a 20 min drive.
