Prescott Cabin near the Mountain Club

This cabin, designed by noted architect George Christensen, is a rustic retreat in town. It’s close to lots of hiking in the Prescott National Forrest. Located next to the historic Mountain Club, the cabin is a quick drive to downtown. Note, there is only room to park one/two cars at the cabin; additional parking available on a lot on White Spar Rd. Our cabin is pet-friendly for a small fee. The logs make the cabin dusty so those with allergies can be bothered. You must climb stairs to enter.

Twisted Oak Cabin with breathtaking views

This cozy cabin with million dollar views is a great place for families and couples to unplug and relax while sitting on the deck enjoying the panoramic view of the national forest, stars and city lights. You'll probably see a deer below the deck. We get lots of birds and squirrels at our feeder. Full kitchen, deck grill, comfortable sectional sofa, queen air mattress, 2 twin mattresses. We're approx 15 min from downtown Whiskey Row, Starbucks and Walmart. AC units in bedrooms and family room.

Cabin Atmosphere, 1 Bedroom Garden Suite Near Town

Suite has charming cabin atmosphere with warm wood design. Intimate living room, romantic fireplace, custom wood and iron furniture. Bistro table / workspace looks out onto your private garden patio with umbrella, table and chiminea. The place has a nautical, Caribbean feel because we love ships, water and gardens! Front Garden Views: Waterfall Koi Pond. Close to historic downtown. Our suite is professionally cleaned just before guests arrive. White sheets and towels washed on hot setting.

Treasure House

2 large pine trees and plenty of space to park in front. You can sit and sip coffee on the front deck while HUMMINGBIRDS sip from their feeders only a few feet away. Enjoying the view of Mingus mountain. Inside there is plenty of light from 2 skylights and a bay window. The living room is large.Seating for 9 while you watch 55"TV. Full dining room and large kitchen. Master bedroom has french doors and walk in closet.There are two other private bedrooms. 2 twin mattresses allow sleeping for 8.

The Painted Lady

This 950 square foot bungalow - newly renovated - is set into our beautiful, peaceful ranch/meadow surroundings. It is fully equipped for self-catering with kitchen/dining area. Spacious open-space style (see photos), with large porch, a beautiful pool, hot tub, barn with hens, mini donkeys, and 2 llamas, and our two beloved Golden Retrievers. We are only 25 minutes from downtown Prescott with all its amenities, and then back home to the quiet, and amazing starry skies of Skull Valley.

The Kiehl House BEST DOWNTOWN LOCATION!!

If you are looking for a fantastic adventure in the QuadCity area come enjoy the best location in downtown Prescott! Conveniently located with private parking. Walking distance to all the favorite downtown attractions. The house is built in 1904 and is updated but has its quarks as older homes do. I love the charm of it but it’s not for everyone. If you are coming to look at the community as a possible place to call home I am a licensed Real Estate agent and I would love to help you.

The Majestic Mountain Retreat

Unplug and recharge at The Majestic Mountain Retreat, as seen on Cash Pad! Also known as the Walker Getaway, it is a wonderful place to relax and enjoy epic views from the patio. With no neighbors in sight in a quiet serene setting situated at 6500 elev. To get to our amazing view & home a high profile vehicle is recommended, it is a 1/4 of a mile on a steep dirt road. Great hiking & biking close by. We are off the beaten path but only 15 min to shopping and dining out. (21399677)

John Riordan House Built in 1898 Vacant for 60 yrs

Highest rentable space in Jerome. Authentically restored to it's original 1898 condition. House had been buried in mud since 1953 until the compete resurrection in 2012. The John Riordan House has obtained the MOST TOTAL REVIEWS and MOST 5 STAR REVIEWS THAN ANY OTHER LISTING IN JEROME.
