I would recommend this house as all the instructions were easy and everything in the house was labeled. It was very clean and neat. The beds and pillows were comfortable and the neighborhood was very quiet. We were very comfortable there as it was our first air BnB experience.

We enjoyed our stay very much! The location was great and had everything we needed. We took advantage of the pull out couch since there were 4 of us staying there. It was very bright in the house very early which made it a challenge to sleep in on vacation. The other travelers thought the two bedrooms were lovely though! Really nice for a girls trip! Thanks so much!

We couldn’t make the door unlock work so contacted the owners who responded immediately and talked us through another way to get in. As it turned out, there was a ramp in the garage to get into the house. This was a total bonus for us as my brother uses a walker so he was able to get into the house so easily. Also the primary bath was easy to step into for him to shower. I hadn’t thot of those things ahead and was so pleasantly surprised and thankful. The large living space was comfortable for us to gather and eat and visit. The location was near to the graduation ceremony we were in town to attend. It is a comfortable, easy to live in space.

The house was beautiful. The house had everything we needed. Each bedroom had a theme and was decorated so nice. Lots of seating on both patios and back yard. We will definetely stay again. Thank you Tami.

Another terrific stay at Susana’s property. When we return to PV to visit friends the house is always clean and amenities are more than advertised. The kitchen is supplied with appliances, cookware, dishes and everything to accessorize. The bathrooms and bedrooms are clean, modern & peaceful with plenty of soap products and linens supplied. Everything is as advertised and more. Susana knows how to host a bnb. She is kind, responsive & cares that her renters are happy & comfortable. We will always reserve Susanas bnb when we travel to PV.

Aaron' place was extremely clean and very comfortable. The home had a great outdoor space and a large yard. I am extremely happy renting Aaron's place. I would recommend Aaron's to anyone that wants to visit Prescott or the surrounding areas.

Nice 2 bedroom place. Clean. Slept great. Nice Kitchen. Short Road to get there was a little rough. But easy access. Nice stay I’d do it again.

Kristen was awesome. Quick to answer all my questions. Responded quickly. Great location. We walked to town a lot. So many great restaurants near by. Wonderful gathering place for a girls weekend.

Spotless, brand new everything, I loved the kitchen space, the bedroom, laundry, bathroom layout. The bed and pillows were so comfortable and the water pressure in the shower was fantastic. Zero clutter anywhere! It truly felt like a home away from home!

Suite #2 was perfect for our 2 night stay in Jerome. It’s very comfortable and cozy and is within walking distance to downtown Jerome. We enjoyed sitting on the front porch and looking at the beautiful views. We would definitely stay here again!

Ann was very communicative. The private patio space has a beautiful view where we enjoyed the March snow on the hills. We heard her two dogs at different times throughout our stay. Ann’s place had everything we needed for our stay. We would stay here again.

The space was beautiful and exactly what it said it would be. I was so glad to be able to reserve this spot for our stay. Polly is a great host and I appreciate her messages and generosity. I would definitely stay here again.

Nice, quiet place to stay. Kitchen was furnished well and Keurig was well stocked and easy to use. The bed was very spacious and comfortable

This was a very clean & well decirated place with an all new kitchen. Bathroom has a an oversized shower with a great shower-head. Bed was big & comfortable. This unit had a downstairs bedroom & bathroom with a bright & spacious upstairs kitchen & Living Room with dinette area. Lots of windows made for great space. While many have commented on the traffic noise, we did not find it disturbing whatsoever. The building has 3 units, they all have separate entrances & a small patio area with a table & chairs on different sides of the building which assures privacy. Parking area is large & convenient, all done in pavers! Overall, a nice place & we would stay again.

Thank you for making our stay so easy and comfortable. The neighborhood was lovely and quiet and close to everything. We were travelling with a friend who just lost her spouse and it was just what we all needed to be together and share wonderful memories! Thank you again for such a pleasant stay!

I absolutely loved Melanie's place. It was so beautiful and pristine. The home was so open and fresh and airy. The co-host was so nice and kind and informational. I enjoyed myself so much and it's right in the middle of Prescott which was beautiful and also so close to all the little shops and bars. Thank you so much for making my weekend getaway so memorable!

Another wonderful stay at the Lofts of Old Town. This is our 3rd stay and we are already planning our next stay. The condo is spotless and well appointed. The owners are above and beyone helpful and friendly! The location is perfect for shopping, dining and if you like hiking, that is right out the door! We always look forward to staying in the lofts and running into Patty and Michael(the owners). They are local so, any issues you may have, they will be right there for you. If you are looking for a quality location and property in Cottonwood, this is the place! Thanks again for another wonderful stay at the Lofts Of Old Town!

Easy to find. Lots of parking. Cute space. The building is on a main road and there is lots of road noise, but host does provide ear plugs and sound machine.

We had a great time in Prescott. We were able to enjoy the beautiful walk from the airbnb straight to downtown. We felt safe and comfortable while we stayed at Sunny's airbnb. We will definitely book in the future for another great vacation.

Great place to stay!!!

We have stayed with Melanie multiple times. This is our favorite place to stay! The property is spacious inside and my wife really loves the kitchen. The main bedroom bed is huge and very comfortable. We always look forward to staying here.
