Private suite in stylish, remodeled home in Bernal Heights (10 mins away from downtown). Suite is separate from the rest of the house, has a dedicated entrance and features a living room, bedroom and bathroom. No kitchen or stove; however, it includes a microwave, mini fridge, and basic dishware and utensils. Quiet location on a one-way street, in a residential area, away from traffic. Street parking is generally available in close proximity to the suite. Easy access to US 101 and 280 entrance.

Private room. Private Bath. Separate entrance. Enjoy your own space, extremely quiet and private. If you smoke, please do not stay here. Check in is 3pm, check out is noon. Modifications may be possible. You will have your own separate entrance with a smart lock. A two minute video describes the place and how to enter. Only 1/2 block from Precita park & the Precita Park Cafe and other eateries and markets in the neighborhood. Walking a few blocks you will find other interesting neighborhoods.

Located close to the Mission and Potrero Hill, our 2 bedroom (approx 1000 sq.ft.) rental is near great restaurants, unique shopping, and the newly opened Chase Center. This 2 bedroom unit is well-stocked with everything you'll need to have a relaxing and fun-filled stay in San Francisco. There's easy access getting into and out of our neighborhood and our street has ample parking. We love to host and are excited to meet new people eager to explore all that the Bay Area has to offer!

Our ultimate goal is for our guests to have a memorable stay .The apartment is set in the picturesque Bernal Heights area steps away from quaint cafes , charming restaurants and boutiques . The Mission Districts notable taquerias and nightlife spots are within striking distance . Uber/ Lyft .very quiet and very safe neighborhood .

Northslope Studio in Bernal Heights with a Zen, Leafy Patio

Wake up to the soothing green view from this remodeled in 2023 studio nestled on a sleepy block in Bernal Heights. A peaceful backyard with a Buddha sculpture and a modernist inspired courtyard sit alongside the bedroom, kitchenette and bathroom. Free street parking (parallel) is available on my block and surrounding streets, not restricted, and typically easily available. Note that the in-law studio shares a common front door and foyer with the main house upstairs.
