Leader Loft

Conveniently located less than a mile from I-70 exit 14, on State Highway 503. This loft is perfect for any stay length for every occasion, and with the electronic door lock system it is perfect for a last minute stop as you’re traveling down the interstate. The Loft shares our building with Flour Bakery, coffee and gift shop, and is a minute's walk from a delicious bistro, antique shops, other gift shops, the library and hardware store. Come explore all that our quaint village has to offer!

Country Bliss

This memorable place is anything but ordinary. Stay in this cozy, 2 bedroom, 1 bath Barn, converted into a guest house. Country Bliss has a fully functional Kitchen, Games, a few extra toiletries, just in case. A King bed in the master, and a queen in the spare room, and a extra blow up air mattress. This location is close to the Preble County Fair Grounds, Pork Festival and Darke County Fair, Eldora Speedway, Richmond, Indianapolis, Dayton, and Columbus. Its quiet, peaceful and full of energy.

Summerhaven Farm - 1833 (sleeps 8)

Summerhaven Farm has historic country charm. It is located 10 minutes north from Miami’s Oxford campus and bordered by the Hueston Woods State Park on two sides. The 1833 farm house was remodel for the modern conveniences expected in todays homes. It has 150 acres that includes a fishing pond (not for swimming), fire pit, walking paths and woods for exploring. Ideal for bicyclist, hikers, boaters, golf groups, and those who want a private place to get away to relax with family and friends.

This 100 year old farmhouse has been updated to a modern country vibe. Conveniently located near I-70 and route 35. Large open rooms are perfect for gatherings. The kitchen and grill are equipped for you to cook up dinner. Enjoy a s'more or glass of wine by the fire. Take a stroll and soak up the country setting. Catch a movie on one of 3 Roku TVs. Then settle into one of our cozy beds with a steaming mug of coffee or tea. Should you need to work, we have you covered with a private office.

The Patch: a cozy country home on a country farm

Conveniently located from I-70 at exit 10, The Patch is an 1860 country home on a busy road in northern Preble County. Fully furnished, three-bedroom home. Main floor features a bedroom with a queen-size sleep number bed directly off an open office area, two more bedrooms located upstairs. Walk into the laundry area and kitchen. A large patio provides privacy and relaxation with a view of the farm. Perfect for work crews, stays, or just passing through. Ample parking for various vehicles.

Reconnect with nature at this unforgettable escape. Enjoy hiking, fishing, campfires, kayaking, with nearby dining and shopping. We are located 5 minutes from Hueston Woods Lodge and approximately 5 miles from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio. This camper is late model and fully furnished and equipped with everything you need to enjoy camping life. It is parked on our farm in a private setting. Our farm is known for it's amazing fishing, night skies, and wonderful sunsets.

Apartment on Gilmore Ave

Enjoy your stay at one of Eaton historic buildings. Built in the early 1900’s and originally a repair shop for buggy’s and carriages. To be later transformed into a multi family home in the early 80’s. It was purchase in 2023 and saved from demolition. Where it went through some dramatic changes and now a beautiful restored, updated modern apartments. Here you can enjoy local eateries and walking distance to downtown Eaton, Oh. A short drive to local shopping and dining.
