Pearl's Place, named after a long-time owner and resident, is a charming, restored craftsman bungalow. Sitting on the porch you will enjoy our quiet, safe and friendly neighborhood. Soak up all the best the city has to offer. This remodeled little home is one of the closest to The Haymarket, Pinnacle Bank Arena and Memorial Stadium and within blocks of the three pedestrian bridges that take you to that area. So park out front, don't worry about a thing and enjoy a peaceful walk to your evening out. *If you book the same day past 3:00PM, please allow 1 hour from time of booking until check-in to allow us to make sure everything is perfect for your stay.

The Juni Suite

Enjoy a clean and stylish experience in the Juni Suite. Cook all your meals in the well equipped kitchenette, soak it up in the deep bathtub, and stay warm by the fireplace. A queen size memory foam bed and blackout roller shades will help you sleep soundly. The convertible sofa is easy to expand to a full size. Protect your vehicle in the off-street covered parking stall which is only a short walk to the entrance (7 stairs up and 13 down). Close to Union College/Shops.

The upstairs apartment in this beautiful stone home on a quiet, tree lined neighborhood could be your home base for Husker game weekends, graduations and weddings, marathons, tournaments and road trips. 10 minutes from UNL, completely updated California ranch makes this a great space. Suitable for adults and children 8 and older. Tesla CHARGING STATION ON SITE with user fee of $10 per night. There is an up charge of $15/night per guest past 2, limit of four total.

Fondly referred to as "The Little House", this is a newly restored two-bedroom bungalow built in 1920, in an established quiet and friendly neighborhood. The Little House is very charming, along with a central location within minutes of most anything. The kitchen is fully stocked and the house has a long private driveway as well as free off-street parking availability. We can't wait for you to come and enjoy your stay.

Cozy and comfortable 2 bedroom home nestled in a quiet neighborhood. 4 minutes from I-80 and less than 5 minutes to the historic Haymarket, Memorial Stadium and downtown Lincoln. The kitchen is equipped with pots and pans and table service for 6. A 65" Samsung smart tv is located in the living room and a 43" Samsung smart tv is in one of the bedrooms. The back yard boasts mature trees and a fenced in yard.
