Moinhos Beach is a 10-minute walk away and the village of Porto Formoso is 15 minutes away. There are two restaurants in the immediate vicinity, the city of Ribeira Grande - 10 km away - has a supermarket and many other shops. Several tourist attractions nearby (Furnas, Santa Bárbara Beach, Gorreana Tea).

House with Suspended Living Room

Our Retreat is a rural nineteenth-century house, restored with the desire to conserve the time of construction characteristics. Not only did we keep the main structure of the house, but also the fire oven and the respective chimney, the mill of wine production and the basalt stone floor . And, to finalize we added a suspended living room - literally a glass cube.

Beach House - Mountain and Ocean view

Comfortable and fully equipped apartment, in a quiet and friendly neighborhood. The balcony overlooking the sea and mountains is ideal for resting, reading and enjoying the view while you dine. A Maia fica localizada no centro da ilha, sendo fácil deslocar-se de carro para qualquer ponto da ilha.
