Luxury villa near Prague

Spacious house 255m2 built in 2014 with a new reconstruction kitchen and livingroom (2015). The shower(second floor) was renovated in July 2016. The house is placed in the quiet and clean air village Všenory, which is only five kilometers from Prague. Fully and equipped . Beautiful large garden 420m2, when you can relax with terrace seating and big outdoor fireplace with BBQ. And you are still just 20 minutes from the city center by train or car. Close to 2 golf courses and Karlstejn Castle.

Large, modern flat in ground floor of villa in quiet, green, residential area of Prague 6. Not far from Prague Castle but away from the noise and hassle of the city. Child friendly with large garden, safe deck, playground, swimming pool. Easily reachable by public transport (tram or direct bus to 3 metro stations). Very well located for visitors travelling by plane ( 7 Km from airport ) or car (only 500 meters from Prague main highway traffic hubb) Nearby supermarkets, shopping centers and parks

Villa Heda functionalist building from 1940

Toto patří mezi přední architektonická díla Černošic. Autorem projektu pro manžele Všetečkovy z let 1940–41 byl pražský architekt Bohumil Kříž, žák architekta Josefa Gočára na Akademii výtvarných umění v Praze. Patrový dům stojí v architektonicky rozvržené zahradě. Má tvar kubusu se škrábanou omítkou (březovou kůrou), terasami, typickým okenním členěním a rovnou střechou. Originální řešení exteriéru i interiéru s využitím nejmodernějších technologií zajišťovalo majiteli vysoký komfort bydlení.

Modern house in a unique location. Situated in a quiet village, nestled up against the woods with a large 3800 m2 garden and a Summer House that guests can use...Walking distance to local restaurants and pubs..There is ample, secure, private parking. The house is 30 mins to Prague by Bus or train. I have 2 spare guest double bedrooms, with an adjacent large private bathroom for exclusive use. The 2 nd bedroom is available after 2 Guests.i.e. Guests 3 or 4, possibly children.. No young groups.

Hello there! Here is few general informations: -The villa is 20 minutes from the Prague center by car. (40 by public transport) -15 minutes away from the airport by car (taxi) -There is swimming pool, sauna, gym, enormous and beautiful garden with fireplace/gril and altan, garage, whirpool and more for you to use. -The house can take from 8 up to 16 people, depending on bedroom setup (this could be discused with the host) - Awesome place for BBQs, parties... - Many golf courses

Ubytování v luxusní vile na okraji Prahy. Klidné prostředí, udržovaná zahrada. Blízkost letiště Praha, asi 15 km a zároveň velmi dobrá dostupnost do centra města i prostřednictvím MHD. Mé ubytování je skvělé pro páry, služební cesty, rodiny (s dětmi) a větší skupiny. V místě obchod s potravinami a restaurace. Prostorné a klidné místo 200 metrů od trasy metra A stanice “Strašnická”,tramvaje i noční linky. Pouze 7 min do centra nebo směr na letiště a vlakové nádraží. Parkování zdarma na pozemku. Kuchyň i společenská místnost. Obchody a restaurace v okolí.Možnost pronájmu druhého samostatného pokoje, když rodina 4 lidi nebo přátel ,každý pokoj sdílí kuchyň a koupelnu .
