Beautiful and spacious 3 bedroom

Beautifully decorated and spacious home in a charming, Alexandria neighborhood near the King Street metro and the shops and restaurants of Old Town. Just a 16 minute drive to downtown Washington DC, with a chef's kitchen and a relaxing great room. The house is also just a 10 minute drive to the new MGM Casino or the Gaylord Resort and Convention Center at National Harbor. The "no parties in house" rule is strictly followed. If you want to have a party or an event, this is not the place for you.

Horse farm near Manassas Battlefield.

Comfortable accommodations for horses and the people traveling with them. Private suite, private entrance (bedroom, bath, kitchenette) + 2 RV hookups water/electric. 6 stalls - nice paddock turnout. Lighted arena. Close to: Manassas Battlefield (25 mile trail); Skymeadow State Park (nice trails); several hunt clubs; VRE connections - to METRO; 3 miles to Manassas airport. Not accepting pets for the time being. Several wineries and breweries within 12 miles - ONLY 6 miles to Jiffy Lube Live.

Lodge on the Lake

A quiet 17 acre, ONE room cabin set on a private small lake, fishing, swimming, and kayaking. Equipped with a full kitchen, a grill, 4 OUT DOOR showers, no showers in cabin. Sleeps 4, 1 QUEEN SIZE BED AND 1 PULL OUT HIDE-ABED. There is a $25/PP per day for extra guests , with prior approval by host. Pet friendly. Cameras are on site. 1 at the parking lot, 1 on the side deck, back deck, covered porch, up stairs open covered card/chest room, 2 on the main dock & water, 1 outside stone patio

Come and enjoy peaceful setting of our 1870 farmhouse situated close to historical Town of Purcellville, great for shopping and enjoying a good meal, W&OD trail is nearby for a walk or a jog. Or you can just sit on either one of the two covered porches with a good book and take in natural open spaces and a view of a serene pond. And of course we are located in heart of Loudoun County's wine country, great spots for picnic and tasting of great selection of wines.

The Hunt Box at Sylvanside Farm is a couples favorite! Cozy bedroom with bay window overlooks the stone barn, Clydesdales field and pond. Full kitchen, full bath and small living room. Enjoy a glass of wine on dock, hike the fields and streams, enjoy the animals, roam the our beautiful 25 acres. Escape the city and relax. Enjoy the solace and beauty of the Blue Ridge Mountains with modern and local comforts. Retreat and explore on this old 100acre farm- via foot- or float on the tiny pond in a kayak or SUP. Or venture out to Shenandoah National Park, the local coffee shops, eateries, wineries, and breweries. Whatever you choose the bunkhouse is stocked with roasted coffee, farm-fresh eggs, fresh-baked bread, teas and soaps from our incredible local homesteaders and artisans.

Less than 5 miles from vineyards, LOCO ale trail breweries, cideries, WO&D bike trail & 20 min to historic Leesburg, the Shenandoah river & Appalachian Trail. Our tiny house is a bit larger w/ 2 bedrooms, full kitchen & bath, family room & cozy front porch with private parking. Enjoy a remote work getaway, (our broadband is about 8-10Mbps) relax & enjoy LOCO living!
