The main level boasts a fully-equipped game area with billiards, shuffleboard table, air hockey, a 60-game arcade machine, a Mortal Kombat machine, a poker table, and two cabinets brimming with card and board games. Three smart TVs adorn the walls. The shared backyard outdoor space includes a hot tub, hammock, outdoor putting green, an adjustable basketball hoop, swings, a grill, horseshoes, a playground, a gazebo area, and a stocked fishing pond.

The Barn at Pond Point is perfectly situated on the Piankatank River, a salt water arm of the Chesapeake Bay. It shares 19 acres of wooded and waterfront property with the owner's main home. A unique space, Barn was converted from a working horse barn into a residence in the 1980's. With a quarter mile of private, sand beach and a large pool (May-Sept), the Barn is an ideal space for time with family and friends, swimming, hunting for prehistoric shark's teeth, or simply enjoying the view.

This full apartment is located above the barn. It is convenient to downtown Leesburg, Morven Park, and Loudoun's many wineries, breweries and festivals. Most suitable for adults seeking to relax, recharge, and rekindle in a rustic environment. There is generally very good cell service but there is no Wifi.

Our place is a newly constructed barn loft in our 1960's barn. Enjoy beautiful views of the surrounding countryside from large windows and a private balcony. The barn is surrounded by our horse pastures and neighboring fields. Self check in with the key lockbox. This loft is separate from the main house where we live. Private parking and entrance for our guests directly outside of barn loft (this is separate from the main house driveway).

The Hayloft Cottage is open year-round for your country-living pleasure. Spring is here! This is your chance to get away from all the crowds and spend some peaceful down-time in your own, personal retreat. Enjoy the many local hiking trails, the fields, the mountains, and the fresh air. And feel free to bring the pups along (dogs only; limit 2). We have a fenced-in, 1.5 acre lot shared with our other cottage (Amy's Place) and ourselves.
