Step into this newly built villa (12 guests) with a stunning sea view less than 1h from Helsinki. Golf course within a 2-minute drive. Enjoy the beautiful view as well as the hot tub, sauna, gym, pool table, modern kitchen and dedicated workspace. For an additional charge (285€/night) you can rent the guest house (6 guests). It has a wood sauna, bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen. There are 4 separate beds; Bedroom with a sea view (160cm), bedroom (120cm &TV), a loft with two beds (2x140cm)

Tilava ja tunnelmallinen merenranta huvila kaikkine mukavuuksineen, reilun tunnin ajomatkan päässä pääkaupunkiseudulta. Tässä loma-asunnossa majoittuu 8 henkilöä - 4 makuuhuonetta. Isoon ja hyvin suunniteltuun keittiöön/ruokailutilaan mahtuu hyvin 10 henkilöä ruokailemaan. Syys- ja talvi iltoina voi olohuoneessa nauttia takka tulesta. Loma mukavuutta lisää terassilla oleva kuuden hengen poreallas. Perille pääsee sekä autolla että veneellä. Myös oman veneen vesillelasku on mahdollinen.

Read a book from our library, sit by the fire or climb up the hill for a wonderful view of the landscape. Forest trails start from our door and the nearest lake is a few kilometres walk.

Villa Eriksberg sijaitsee meren rannalla kauniissa Porvoon saaristossa. Suuri piha-alue ja erillinen grillikatos suurella laiturialueella, missä istua iltaa nauttien ohilipuvista veneistä. Eri korvauksesta tilava ulkopalju 8 hengelle. Sisällä kalustus pohjoismaiseen tyyliin sisustettua ja vaaleaa. Hyvät sängyt ja pehmeät sänkyvaatteet takaavat hyvät yöunet rauhallisessa ympäristössä. Uusi ja ylellinen mökki Porvoon saaristossa meren rannalla. Lattiaan asti ulottuvat ikkunat tuovat upeat luonto- ja merimaisemat olohuoneeseen ja makuuhuoneisiin. Oma puulämmitteinen rantasauna omalla yksityisellä rannalla tarjoaa unohtumattoman elämyksen meren äärellä, ja omalta laiturilta voit uida ympäri vuoden (säävaraus). Moderni skandinaavinen sisustus, lattialämmitys ja laadukas keittiö tekevät oleskelusta täydellisen – paikka rauhoittumiseen ja nautiskeluun.

Hongas kulttuurikartano

Hongas on historiallinen kartano, yksi Porvoon ensimmäisistä kantatiloista. Punamultaiset hirsirakennukset aitasta puusaunaan muodostavat uniikin elämyksellisen pihapiirin. Ison tuvan leivinuuni ja lattialankut ovat nähneet monenmoiset pidot ja kestit satojen vuosien ajan. Tämä Vanhan Porvoon maalaissisar sijaitsee 4km keskustasta peltojen ja kallioiden syleilyssä järvimaisemissa. Uimarannat, metsäpolut ja tenniskenttä ovat kaikki kartanon kupeessa.

Villa on rauhalinen ja viihtyisä huvila kauniissa Rönäksen alueella Suomenlahden rannalla( huvila sijaitsee 400 m rannasta) .Rönnäkselta on 30 km Porvoon keskustaan ja 80 km Helsinkiin. Mökin vieressä on Sea Golf. Huvila on hyvin varusteltu nukuaikasin mukavuuksin omalla keittiöllä ja saunalla. Huvilan sisällä on sauna, 4 makuuhuonetta, 2 wc, suihku, lämmin ja kylmä vesi, sähkölämmitys ja takka. Ulkoterassi, grillipaikka ja paljon muuta.

In 2022 completely renovated villa by the sea with a private and heated swimming pool only an 80km drive from Helsinki and 35 minutes drive from the centre of Porvoo. Here you can enjoy the peace of your own private yard in a villa decorated beautifully in a modern scandinavian style. The heated swimming pool is included in the price and is in use from May 8th until October 18th in 2026.
