Spend the day on the on deck, grilling or enjoy your own authentic Maine lobster bake, swimming and treasure hunting the shore. Our cottage is featured i n Terry John Woods "Summer House" as a quintessential cottage of Maine. Relax in our private, romantic Cape Neddick cottage, overlooking a 2 acre meadow and woodland, close by foot, bike, to the amenities of York, Ogunquit, Kennebunk, Kittery, and Portsmouth and within a ten minute ride to five beautiful beaches. Cape Neddick Beach being the closest one, a five minute ride. Our cottage is off the beaten path on a quiet private way, near the Cape Neddick River .

#2 Walk to the beach Vintage Cottage

3 night Min. stay 6/1 to Labor day. Cottage #2 is a classic one-bedroom with soothing beach colors and well-appointed with comfortable furnishings and updated finishes. It is outfitted with vintage and modern decor mixed in. The cottage has a fully stocked kitchen with pots and pans and utensils for those times when you may just want to stay in and cook. Private fenced backyard with a gas grill, table and chairs. Just a short 5-minute walk, to the beach. Yes we allow pets.

Portsmouth Waterfront Cottage

Our waterfront cottage is a unique property offering style, tranquility, and walking access to Portsmouth’s Market Square. The theme is a blend of New England charm and Scandinavian modern. We offer an amazing view, two decks, a modern kitchen, laundry, and free parking for one vehicle. This premium property sleeps four, counting children. It offers a quiet romantic escape for the discerning traveler, and yet is just a ten minute walk to Market Square.
