The Bullpen is situated in quiet open countryside one mile from Stranraer. The property has just recently been completed and was part of the original farm buildings. Private Hot Tub. It is all on one floor and has an open plan kitchen/dining/lounge, super king size or twin bedroom and bathroom with separate shower. Close to golf courses and gardens. In the summer, a parade of ombre colour rhododendrons provide the most enchanting backdrops. Throughout the autumn and winter, large hydrangeas bushes surrounding the house bring spectacular colours. Originally the dwelling earmarked for the post of the Estate gardener, this spacious house has been meticulously restored to modern standards.

To the rear of the property is an enclosed cottage garden, with small patio area. The cottage offers cozy, home from home accommodation.

Its name is both a nod to Bird Island on Strangford Lough and a reflection of our aim to create a cosy nest in which guests feel snug, comfy and relaxed. Dinvin Cottage has 3 bedrooms (1 with a super king and 2 with double beds), a kitchen, a cosy living room with a log burner fire and a separate sun room which looks down on the beautiful private enclosed grounds. Portpatrick is a beautiful small coastal town, it has lots of friendly pubs and walks with beautiful views.
