Breakwater Villa minutes walk to Beach and more

Enjoy a relaxing stay in Warrnambool’s prime location in this lovely 3 storey, 3 bedroom, 2 lounge rooms, 1.5 bathroom Breakwater villa ( keeping in mind there are stairs). A short walk to the beach, the Deep Blue Day Spas ( natural hot springs) and skatepark. Minutes away from the Lake Pertobe playground/ and bbq’s. Mini golf just a step away. There are some great restaurants not too far away. 20 minute walk to Flagstaff maritime village and another 5 minutes and you are in the city centre.

Enjoy the comfort of this 3 bedroom, 2 lounge room house conveniently located near a number of amenities. Only 50m to the local walking track and a short drive to the town centre and beautiful beach. A short 3 minute drive or easy 15 minute walk to Cole’s, local cafe, bakery, fish and chips and Thai! Also 2 minute walk to the Warrnambool Racecourse. Barkly Beach House Warrnambool

Barkly Beach House is a brand newly renovated home designed with relaxing coastal holidaying in mind, with everything you need and nothing you don't. The minute you walk through the door you will want to kick off your shoes, play some tunes and mix yourself a drink. The Flume surf break is 500 mts walk away as is the Boardwalk that takes you to the Breakwater to your right and the Hopkins River Mouth to your left. Also 5mins walk away is Fletcher Jones gardens and a Fish and Chip shop.

Kingfisher Cottage

This bright and airy coastal cottage is close to centre of Portland and a short walk from beautiful clifftop views and whale watching platform. We try our best to make it a place where you feel relaxed and comfortable, with everything you need, thoughtful touches and a peaceful environment. Two queen beds, a single futon bed/daybed and a dedicated workspace give flexibility to use the space however it suits you best. The luxurious spa bath in the bathroom is the perfect way to wind down.

Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally located place.. Upstairs the house boost three spacious bedrooms, all equipped with split systems and tvs. The main bedroom has king bed, ample storage and a walk behind ensuite. The second bathroom is conveniently located just outside bedroom 2 and 3 Downstairs is a beautiful modern kitchen with stacker doors that open onto a private sheltered courtyard. The laundry is incorporated in the garage. There is also wifi and Netflix provided.

Villa Irene is an elegant and comfortable space to stay and relax. Enjoy the light filled fresh & spacious lounge, dining, bedroom (queen bed) and bathroom with roomy shower & twin handbasins. Welcome to Brigadoon - "A building you find by accident that is magical" This 1920’s Artdeco sandstone home is close to everything, it is centrally located and just a 150m stroll to restaurants, shops, 2km to beaches, 200m from hospital and Train station is just 450m walk. Brigadoon has a renovated with fully equipped Kitchen, 3 bedrooms all with polished boards. Outside has an enclosed backyard, large deck to soak up the sun along with a WeberQ if a BBQ is on the menu.
