Our house lives between nature and history. An almost century-old house, remodeled in 2023, where a lot of people with big hearts can fit. Because we like conversations, we insist on welcoming you personally, without safes or codes. Come see, smell, taste, hear and live in our home.

O monte Refúgio do Silêncio é uma casa alentejana, no meio rural e tradicional, com um espaço exterior magnífico para umas férias descansadas. Aqui, poderá repor as suas energias e usufruir do silêncio da região! O exilibris do espaço é de facto o nosso jardim, com vistas magníficas, uma pergola com mesa de refeições exterior para comer com vista! E, para descontrair nos momentos de calor, temos ainda uma piscina privada, para se refrescar dos dias tórridos do Alentejo.

A typical house of a historical village

The À-da-MiZé house is the realization of a dream. The name is inspired by our own names - Milita and Zé. Here, in the Alentejo, when you go to someone's house, you say "I'm going to my mother's house," hence the name. It was restored between 2020 and 2021, respecting its standards and identity, with the intention of living (one day later) in the center of a small Alentejan village with a close relationship with the neighbors.

Filled with an eclectic collection of antique decorations, this newly renovated guesthouse combines vintage charm with modern comforts. We provide coffee & tea, as well as soap & shampoo. Snuggle up in this cocoon getaway and drink in the sweet sounds of the forest.

Stone cottage in the Natural Park Serra S. Mamede

Our little stone cottage lies on a stream and has views of the beautiful hills and meadows full of olive and cork trees. In the garden you will find some fruit trees, herbs and flowers. Not far there is a nice waterfall to enjoy hot summer days. This is a peaceful place to relax. Here you can get immersed in nature's beauty, enjoy the sky full of stars and listen to the sheep's bells chiming.
