Rustic home, kid friendly

We are close to anything you may need and have the WHOLE house to yourself! Central location, just a few blocks from downtown. We have a trampoline in the ground, park for the kids, new basketball court, big covered porch to sit and relax, and a super nice fire pit with lots of seating. Cozy space for a nice visit/get away! The neighbors are up on the street while we r down behind/below for peace. Says 10 for sleeping cause I have had lots of requests. There is also a hide a bed & air mattress.

Preston House

Bring your family (pups too) to our sweet little old lady house! Built in 1915 she sleeps up to 6 comfortably. Affordable and within a short walking distance to all of Preston's best. Our guests enjoy the fully fenced and private backyard, roast some marshmallows and let your family run and play. Our guests love her beautiful tall ceilings and pretty trim, as well as her quirks such as steep stairs, and window ac units! We are flexible and hope you love your time in Preston as much as we do!

The home sits on a wooded lot frequented by deer, moose, great horned owls, hawks, and wild turkeys. Enjoy the yard, barbecue grill, fire pit, patio, and carport for parking.

Our home is 100% smoke free so I’m sorry we can’t accommodate groups with smokers. The entire walk out basement with a private entrance is yours to enjoy. We are close to two ski resorts, Birch Creek Golf Course and beautiful mountains and canyons. Located in a peaceful neighborhood. Play during the day and relax at night in our state of the art theater room with 12 recliners. The full kitchen and large living area is the perfect area to kick back and relax.

Family is at the heart of our Home. Two master suites, an indoor heated swimming pool (who needs a hot tub when you have an indoor 23,000 gallon heated swimming pool), a projector and screen, a popcorn machine, spacious bedrooms with comfy beds, and plenty of space to spread out or spend time together. All of our past guests give us 5stars and plan to return! The whole family will be comfortable in this one-of-a-kind country home.
