It's the perfect place for families and couples who want to relax and visit the city with walking distance from all the main city attractions. The apartment includes private parking with its own personal garage and free parking spots on the street nearby. We offer all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay as well as fast WiFi and AC unit (only in the bedroom)

A spacious 75 m² two-level apartment (1st and 2nd floor) located in the very heart of Lucca’s historic center (ZTL zone). On the lower level:one bedroom with a double bed and a pull-out armchair (available at extra cost), plus two bathrooms. On the upper level: a cozy living room and a fully equipped kitchen with a double sofa bed. For extra comfort, an additional mattress is provided on the sofa bed. The apartment overlooks a quiet inner courtyard, yet is situated on a lively main street.

"Mercanti" cozy attic in a tower house

An old tower house in the heart of Pisa. A fully equipped stainless steel kitchen with espresso machine and kettle. The interiors blends wooden beams, steel and glass with a swinging hammock, designer lamps, a turntable and an extensive library of art and illustration books. The bedroom is accessed via an internal staircase, while the apartment is located in the attic (3rd floor) of a historic building: the staircase is a bit steep, so unfortunately it may not be comfortable for everyone.

The apartment is 10 minutes walk from the old city walls (out of the ZTL zone) and is located in an ideal place in order to visit Lucca, its surroundings Toscany and Liguria (Cinque Terre).
