The places was clean and easy to find. It had everything we needed and extra. The other guests on this short vacation walked and and were just wow-ed by how the place looked. It was a great stay! Thank you so much for approving our booking!

A beautiful house in a fantastic spot near Birubi beach and the Tomaree Coastal walk. The layout is great and the house is very stylish. The spa was awesome. Seem small at first but really deep and heats up within 2.5 hours. Plenty of space in the house for a family of 5. Walkable to Birubi beach (10 mins) which is patrolled with a cafe and is great for boogie boarding. Join the coastal walk only 1 min walk away, bring hiking boots as can be a bit muddy/rocky.

Jordan’s place was at a great location in Nelson Bay, place was as described and perfect for a get away with a group of friends! Jordan was very helpful, definitely highly recommend and look forward to hopefully coming back in the future.

The place is clean and tidy, you can walk to the beach and close to a lot of activities even kids activities we hat a lot of fun I recommend going to this place

Communication from Jane was excellent. The space was absolutely lovely with stunning views, close to lots of activities and with a well supplied kitchen. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

A great property to base yourself while in Shoal Bay. 10 minute walks into Shaol Bay, or to the beaches. To have Wreck beach 10 minute walk from your door is fantastic. Beds are extremely comfortable and the house was perfect for what we wanted. If we do get the opportunity to visit Shoal Bay again, we defiantly hope to stay here again.

Sabina and Jeff's place was nothing short of amazing. I stayed there with my husband and group of friends 13 adults and 1 toddler. We loved how upstairs and downstairs are completely self contained. There was a door at the top of the stairs that we could lock so the little one wouldn't hurt himself on the stairs. The pool, tramp and spa were added bonuses and well used. Sabina's communication was fast and thorough. Would 1000% recommend Sabina and Jeff's place. Thank you for allowing us to stay.

The house was very nice and in a great location for anyone with dog's. Only 5 minutes walk to the dog friendly beach and half an hour's walk into town. As we haven't been to the area before, Clare's recommendations of things to do were excellent for the whole family.

We were all impressed when arrived at the house, everything was beyond our expectations. A brand new house with well selected and designed furniture. Great host and always responsive. Perfect stay for a large group. The view was amazing with the pool overlooking the valley. Great location, only 2 hours from Sydney. Highly recommend!

Tracy’s place was beyond measurable expectations. The house was in immaculate condition and made us all feel right at home. We will definitely be recommending this place to our friends and family. We can’t wait to return ourselves.

Great place to stay over the weekend with family. There were some mosquitoes but the host were helpful in providing tips to get rid of them. Spacious kitchen area for you to cook your meals.

The property is at very good location, walkable to the beach and viewing Sunset from the front of the house Cleaned and cosy, feeling like our home. Well prepared of kitchen facilities. We’re very happy with our stay there. We’ll be back there for our future trip

The house was exactly as described — clean, spacious, and very well-maintained, making it perfect for our group of families with kids. Billy was an excellent host: very friendly, responsive, and accommodating throughout our stay. He made sure we had everything we needed and checked in to see if we were comfortable, without being intrusive. The location was beautiful and peaceful, and everything we needed was close by. We had an incredible stay at this Airbnb in Nelson Bay! The location is absolutely perfect – just a 15-minute walk to the marina and a short drive to all the main attractions in the area. The house itself was spacious, modern, and exceptionally well-equipped, offering great value for our group of 14. The heated pool was a standout feature – perfectly maintained with just the right amount of chlorine, making it a delightful spot to relax and unwind. Brian and Sue were phenomenal hosts, going above and beyond to make our stay memorable. They even welcomed us with two bottles of wine – such a thoughtful touch! The amenities were modern and well-kept, ensuring a comfortable and hassle-free experience for everyone. This property truly exceeded our expectations, and we wouldn't hesitate to book again. Gabrielle was a great host and very responsive to all our emails and messages. The house was great and very close to the location we needed to be. For a group of friends of 7-8, it is well worth the money.

It’s a comfortable and spacious place in a good location. There are shops in walking distance and so many beaches around. Kitchen is very big and well equipped. Massive TV with Netflix and Disney plus. Trampoline and cubby house in the garden which were great for kids. The fairy lights in the garden were lovely! One bedroom is located outside through the balcony without aircon so it may get hot in hot days but it was ok to sleep with the ceiling fan.

This was one of the best AirBnB properties we have ever stayed in! Very homey, well equipped and clean! The location was amazing, too! Walkable to the rock pools, beautiful beaches and shops. We can highly recommend Hannah. The area offers lots to do for families and the home makes it easy to have a beautiful relaxing time away. Jaymie also responded always promptly and provided us with guidance and assistance when needed. Thank you for offering such a nice home to us and being such a great host!
