The Nest comprises a well equipped kitchen, leading to a large welcoming living area, complete with 49” TV. The bathroom has a shower with good pressure. The comfy bedroom also has a TV. Free WiFi. Own parking space. Welcome basket provided. Ideal for couples or solo travellers.

Ideal if you love peaceful countryside location with wild birds and rabbits yet want to be a walking distance to shopping and entertainment, or TT course. Good base for exploring the island, with private parking and easy access to bus and train station, as well as footpaths. Dolls House annex has private entrance and outdoor sitting/dining area. Cooked breakfast may be provided at request although many delicious eateries are only a 10 min walk. Self check-in. Strictly no smokers.

There is a large garden and plenty of off-road parking. The surrounding countryside is ideal for walkers, cyclists and bird watchers

My annex was recently built and is finished to a very high standard. It is fully insulated with underfloor heating and is equipped with everything you may need to make your stay comfortable. The annex is located to the rear of my property which is within a highly desirable area of Douglas and is extremely quiet and private.
